Best U-Haul experience I’ve ever had! I’ve had to rent trucks/trailers many times and this was the fastest, easiest experience yet. Staff was super friendly and process was seamless. Husband left phone in truck, and they were on top of it before he knew. I never write reviews. In a time of lacking customer service, I wanted to make a point of the stars that shine. Thank you all for making our day less stressful.

Lifesavers! Sunday on a holiday weekend, movers coming for my moms first move in 40 years Monday morning, and our TV moving boxes weren’t arriving in time. She was in a panic, found this facility and they were immediately calming and helpful. A stressful morning ended in laughs and smiles thanks to D’Amonte and Damien. Would give ten stars for them.

The 2 young guys on staff during my rental were excellent and extremely helpful; got me in and out quickly and were able to extend my rental twice throughout the day of my rental needs. I had to use the emergency service to jump the battery of the van; making my move frustrating and longer, however, they made adjustments to my rental time yet again that made a huge difference on my very tight schedule. The techs were timely and efficient also. Thank you to all the staff and techs I engaged with - you are very appreciated.

I rented their cargo van which was the perfect size I needed. Easy to load and unload with the 2 sets of doors in the cargo area. Friendly guy that helped with the rental. Easy return and had no problems at all. Would rent here again.
