This company is very reputable and worked at one of our properties. Jason and Maria did a great job in understanding what needed to be mitigated, recommended a game plan, and helped us stay within our budget for this project. Jason was very professional and had great communication in always letting me know what work was being done at the property. He was very flexible in meeting our requirements and making sure our property was well covered not only during the rehab process but also for the future. He was a great partner to work with and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this company and him for future water mitigation needs.

I can’t say enough good things about my experience with United Water Restoration Group. From start to finish, their team was professional, efficient, and incredibly helpful. Jason was fantastic—he kept me informed every step of the way, ensuring I understood the entire process and felt at ease. The work was done quickly and with great attention to detail, and I truly appreciated how smoothly everything went. United Water Restoration recently restored my mother in laws home after it suffered fire and water damage. Jason was incredibly helpful and got his crew to work immediately which we really appreciate because everything wet had to be removed right away. They got the house thoroughly dried out and completely cleaned. Throughout the whole process they were incredibly professional and easy to work with. We would use them again if the need arose and highly recommend them.

We had a major bathroom leak that spread to a bedroom before raining down onto the dining room below. I frantically searched for a water remediation company and quickly discovered that UWRG of West Spring had good reviews and were available 24/7.Within 45 minutes of my call, the amazing team of Jason, Maria & Carlos arrived with all the equipment needed to remove everything wet or damaged. They quickly set up fans, dehumidifiers and Hepa filters. They put plastic up to separate the affected rooms, and also laid plastic down and wore shoe covers to protect our unaffected flooring. They even helped pack glassware and other items that needed to be moved. They took care of Everything so efficiently, professionally and Compassionately. Their communication was top-notch. Jason answered our many questions and always let us know when they would be coming each day to monitor the drying progress. It was an extremely stressful situation, but they all took good care of us and made things as pleasant as they could possibly be.Highly recommend!

Jason came to my rescue when water flooded my master bedroom from an ac line clog. I was lost, overwhelmed and quite frusterated but Jason assured me he would take care of everything and worked with me to meet my budget. I am so thankful for his prompt and effecient crew. They were also very neat and tidy making my disasterous mess look clean and contained. They were able to dry out all the damages so that we could move on with getting our life back in order. They came daily to check in on the project and giving updates along the way and taking the stress and worry off of me. I am so thankful for this company and I highly reccomend giving Jason and the team a call if you ever find yourself in an emergency situation. United Water Restoration Group was at our house within 45 minutes of discovery of sewage backup into our house. Project manager Jason Majkszak patiently stuck with us throughout the process of working with our insurance company to get approval for damages and helped walk us through the process. He also regularly communicated with our insurance company to help the process. He was patient with our questions and when approval was granted by insurance company to cleanup damaged areas he had a crew out in less than 24 hours. They worked carefully to remove damaged kitchen island and were able to save the large piece of granite. I felt confident that the area was thoroughly cleaned and disinfected. They were always on time, let us know when they were coming, and were competent about how to deal with category 3 water damages. You won’t find a better and more honest Water restoration company in Houston!!Services: Flooring

I had to call these guys 3 times in one year. For removal of mold. 3 times.... Long story short, HVAC company (aka Royal Air) screwed up their set up. One instance, there was a leakage caused by my HVAC system. This caused mold. In the 2 other instances, Royal Air did not take into consideration my high ceilings. Because of this, mold grew. In all 3 instances, Melvin was the project manager in charge. Him and his crew took care of my home every time. On the 2nd time of the mold on my ceilings, United Water definitely were sympathetic of my situation and worked with me. As always, they did a superb job. I highly recommend this company for mold removal.
