I wanted to keep this review short and sweet, but I’ve noticed a recurring issue worth mentioning. Whenever we bring in a USB flash drive, the associates seem unsure how to use it with the printing machine. They usually suggest emailing the files instead and tend to shrug when asked about the flash drive option. Unfortunately, they also won’t plug the USB into their own computers.
That said, this doesn't mean the service is bad—everyone we've interacted with has been friendly and polite. It seems like the system could use some updates, and the team might benefit from a bit more tech training. There's definitely potential here, but there’s also room for improvement.

We use them out of proximity, but experience really depends on who you get. Sometimes its super smooth, sometimes they seem to go out of their way to hassle you and refuse what they're supposed to provide.

I’m at this ups store nearly every weekend, and Everytime I go I get such great assistance from Omar, Jared and Jeremy. From needing a little bag to carrying a box. This time was outside of the ordinary, I made a return with this huge box and left a part at home and came rushing back. Omar helped me get the box from the truck and put in the missing piece. This staff is super nice and super helpful!!!

Price gouging on mailing items !
I had 2 small boxes to mail to another city in Texas ( not overseas or even out of the state ) one package was a padded envelope with a yard of fabric and the box was 12 inches by 3 inches .
The price for 5 day delivery was $110 and No rush shipping was $75 dollars- I walked out with my pkgs and mailed them at post office for $17 dollars.
I do not recommend this service-
I should have remembered the last time I went in there they wanted to charge me $14 for a small box!
Lesson learned
