My mom came here and she said the Indian guy had a nasty attitude. She usually drops packages off for a client and for some reason she was confused about the barcode to scan and wasn’t sure what to do with this package so he told her to go home and figure it out. I think he is the manager. I could see if she was a mean person but she is very polite but that’s alright cuz I’ll make this store tik tok famous and I’ll def be calling corporate.

I had a couple of packages that needed a price so I would know how much shipping would be. I am trying to get rid of a few things, its not my profession to always ship things out. The owner I assume, an older gentleman with a foreign accent, basically berated me with other customers in the store about how they don't give out prices for shipping, they just ship. He did give me the prices which were double the prices of USPS. He was very rude and disrespectful. The employees working with him were great, greeted me when I walked in. I hope everyone else has a better experience. I do not give out many google reviews. I gave 2 starts because the other employees were nice.

Why do the store hours say open at 830am, but it is closed. There were like 5 to 6 ppl waiting and wondering why the store is closed. No sign and no one was answering the phone when we all called. It is 9:10 am now.

This store is very convenient to use it is near Leslie's and the USA Vein Clinic etc. The young man who assisted me was probably the current owner? He was very friendly and efficient. Usually there is not a long waiting time. He printed posters for my missing feline , Barry and highlighted his essential information in red. He didn't have a laminator, so I bought the self adhesive sheets elsewhere.
They also Fax for $1 do Amazon Returns and have a Notary.

Never going to this location again! Charged to print label and send return to Amazon. The other UPS stores do not do this.

This UPS store happens to be the nearest one from my house and I’ve gone several times to mail back packages from Amazon. They have the worst customer service ever! This last time that I went which was on Friday 12/13/24 was my last draw. The male employee an older man who is a foreigner was so rude to me. I asked him for help to get my package out the car since it was very heavy and he said NO I can’t leave the store you can take the dolly and do it yourself. I was like ok but do take in consideration that there was several employees there. I went to the car brought my package in with there dolly and he couldn’t even open the door for me! So there I am struggling with a heavy package and a dolly occupying my hands and no help whatsoever. Then he got upset that my package wasn’t sealed with tape! Which I told him do you have tape? He said it will be an extra charge I said fine. He keeps going on and on how the package was supposed to be sealed I said sir I said I will pay for the tape. I just feel that he could have been more professional and courteous. I am in the customer service field and customer service is very important for a business. I hope that UPS gives there employees some sort of training on customer service because this type of service is unacceptable in my book.
