This is by far the worst UPS store around here please don’t go save yourself the hassle and headache. The staff is rude and not helpful. And don’t ever try to take an Amazon return here they give you so much crap it’s just not worth it.

They need a new scanner at checkout 2. Absolutely outdated and simply doesn’t work. Caiden is great to work with and if not for him I wouldn’t be able to complete my order. The lack of upgraded hardware makes everyone’s experience unnecessarily difficult. For an extra $30 piece of equipment they could keep their customers way happier! UPGRADE!!

Price Gouging be Aware !!!
Called the store to check pricing on a single box
1- 6”x6”x48” And was told price was $15 for one box.
I called another location and was told the same box was less than six dollars. Went to the other store to buy the box and called back this store just to confirm that there was no mistake . This location confirmed again $15
almost twice the price.
Edit - i did not make a purchase here. I took my business elsewhere . As you can see by the companies response, they did not even read the review fully to understand and address the situation.

I just have to give a huge shoutout to the UPS team here on Rayford/99 —especially the young man named Tim C. who helped me today. His customer service was absolutely top-notch! For context, I needed 22 labels for 22 different shipments/addresses.
Every single time I come in, I’m greeted with kindness, patience, and a genuine smile. Honestly, I’ve never had a bad experience here (and that says a lot in today’s world).
The owners deserve some serious kudos for hiring such amazing people. You can tell this team truly cares about their customers. It’s actually BETTER than Chick-fil-A service (yep, I said it 😂)—and that’s supposed to be the gold standard! This UPS just raised the bar.
Keep it up and God bless 🙏🏽

I sent my daughter to return Amazon package in original package with label and it was refused unless she paid a $1 for tape. My husband was there 2 hours before with another package from Amazon with original package with label for free return and not charged a $1. So I called and asked for a manager Tim told me there is no Manager that he has been out for 2 months with cancer and will not be in for 2 weeks but he was the one refused her package said he was doing his job. I come here alot and never needed tape with my Amazon returns are free in the proper packaging. Someone tell me if Tim trying to pocket $1 because this is a first. He was also laughing and rude. He might need more training not sure if he should be telling me the Manager has cancer. Also maybe I need to start going to the other location on rayford because we never have this problem. I see why this location has a 3.3 low rating.

I stopped had multiple packets to return all of them had the original shipping packet it came in. There was one that came in plastic which was part of a bulk packet so it had no actual shipping packet as it came in with many items in a box in plastic, UPS required it be in original packet which I gave them what I received. The line was long so I asked that I get the label so I can find a box to place the item in as the box it came in was too large. The customer service person refused to give me a label. I was trying to avoid standing in line again just so I can just drop the packet off later. I found a random box in my vehicle found tape and went back into the store. This experience is ridiculous as usual this location sucks and it’s sad it’s the only one convenient to my home.

They were trying to make me buy a $6 box/bag from them because the box I used for Amazon return had branding on it. First time in my life I hear this and I’ve been shopping and returning to Amazon for decades! No sweat - I went to location on Rayford and they had 0 issues with my box. Will never come to this location. What a rip off
