Don’t know what the negative reviews are all about, but I have gone here probably 4 times in the past month to ship out my eBay items and had no trouble. The staff - in my experience - have all been extremely friendly and helpful, even during my most recent visit when it was noticeably busy. I don’t know the guy’s name but the younger hispanic man that works the counter has been super nice and efficient every time I come to ship my packages.

This post office is now the worst in the Spring area. The one on Louetta near Klein High School is actually better now.The gentleman shown in the photo in one of the reviews below is generally rude and not helpful. However, postal clerk Maggie is very nice and helpful. Supervisor Charlotte is rude and unhelpful. Carrier Supervisor Carmen is too busy to be bothered by "customers".I wish someone from the corporate side of the USPS (undercover boss-like) could visit this post office and see how badly the employees need training in customer service.They have crossed out the phone number for the Postal Inspector on their sign in the lobby (see photo). Hmmm, I wonder why?Generally, the post office is also usually in disarray. A long time ago, this post office was really good (under a different postmaster). Today, it could be the poster child for why most Spring, TX residents are fed up with the USPS.There is an always-closed french door that you have to go to in order to pick up packages or report lost mail. It has a big sign that clearly says ring bell for service, yet they jump down your throat at you for doing so once they open the door.Additionally, the door has a sign that clearly says the door is open for service from 8:30am - 4:30pm M-F and 9am - 12pm Sat, yet just on the other side of the door is a sign that says open from 8:30am - 4:28pm M-F and 9am - 11:59am Sat. Are they trying to be cute or what?

Today was my first time going into this post office. I needed to send off returned items. My packages were already prepared but not taped because i do not own packaging tape and In my mind i just knew that a POST OFFICE that packs and sends items would have tape. So I had all of my prepaid USPS labels i did not need anything else!!! I only went inside to tape and send my items to receive tracking.As I’m standing in line the old man in the photo sees me across from the center island and yells in front of everyone, while already helping a customer “ YOU SUPPOSED TO COME IN HERE WITH YOUR STUFF TOGETHER, YOUR BOXES NEED TO BE TAPED”. Then goes on to tell the lady he’s helping “ I DONT UNDERSTAND WHY PEOPLE COME IN HERE WITHOUT THEIR PACKAGES TOGETHER”. He grabs some tape out of a box and throws it on the counter and says here’s some tape.He didn’t say hello,He didn’t ask if i needed help, he did not ask me if i had any questions.HE WAS RUDE AND LOUD AND TRIED TO BASICALLY EMBARRASS ME in front of the entire crowd at the post office. I’m so happy the nice lady beside him helped me.She was kind and polite. Clerk#8I appreciate your help ma’am. And i hope that in the future you guys can train him on the proper way to deliver customer service.His actions were poor. And he’s lucky that i was having a good day today because if I felt otherwise it could have been an ugly situation for us BOTH. Most days I don’t have patience and HE REALLY UPSET ME TO THE POINT WHERE I FELT LIKE EVERYONE needs to know. So here I am posting this. DO BETTER OLD MAN.If you don’t like your job QUIT or RETIRE!!!! But don’t take your old anger out on everybody else.

2/28 this place frigging sucks. They say they deliver the package and its no where to be found. I have lost all confidence in the postal service. Last night I go to several houses looking for my packages. No where to be found. LIARS!!!! It's insulin, 2 kinds for me to survive, it's perishable and yet no one at the post office seems to care.If I could give 0 stars I would. I'm an insulin dependent diabetic. Sent my meds to Missouri City. Now lost. Service is just getting worse and worse.

Took forever to receive my mailbox keys. Finally got them after two weeks. No problem as they are short staffed. Open the mailbox. . . No mail. I just moved and I know I should’ve received bank cards, bills, etc. They say they don’t have anything in office. How? This is just ridiculous.

3rd time they have not properly delivered my package. They did not knock or ring my door bell but have them on camera leaving a note for re delivery. I hate lazy people and spring usps has nothing but lazy people working there. When I use UPS or Amazon I have no issues but constantly not receiving packages from this office and I always have to go in or they deliver it 2-3 days later.

I was calling in regards of a package that I never received.I couldnt go in person with questions because I was sick I tried caling multiple time and no one never answered. Then I believe some took the phone off the hook because when i called again it didnt ring but made the disconnection sound.

Second package that was supposed to be delivered to a locked mailbox that says delivered and not there. Having to file credit card disputes for items I’m paying for and needing. One package I can see as being placed in the wrong mailbox but two in one week? Obvious theft and will do further investigating.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Please go to any other post office. It’s worth the extra 30 minutes to drive to any other post office.

I AM NOT SURE WHY THERE IS SO MANY NEGATIVE REVIEWS. THIS I AM SURE IS A VERY BUSY LOCATION THAT HAS MOST OF THE DISTRIBUTION AREA. I CALLED IN TO CHECK ON A POSSIBLE LOST PACKAGE AND MS SHARP TOOK THE TIME OUT HER DAY TO HELP ME IN ANYWAY SHE COULD. I LOOK FORWARD TO HEARING FROM THEM ON THE RESULTS

I should rate for 0 star. I think the mail man doesn't know how to read the numbers.Because all the mails from my next door in my full mail box. I will think I lost my mail by this happened.I hope someone need to train the mail man know how to read the numbers before star the job.Please give me the answer how was it happened.Thanks.The pic i posted that all my next door mails.It made my mail box full with no my mail.

I have set up package pick up from my residence a few times and on several occasions it is not picked up however I receive an email that they have successfully completed package pickup. Horrible service.
