I've received reliable and trustworthy service for multiple years. No surprise fees, very reasonable prices for the work, and I've used them to correct shoddy work I had to get done elsewhere. I can honestly say I prefer to take my car here than any other place in Houston.

What a shame, to be writing a bad experience, A healthy business is not a game. We Made an appointment by phone call, using our insurance company #AMBETTER One día before the day we received a confirmation call from #FIATURGENTCARE changing the appointment day, now we're here and the receptionist and the manager says that our insurance is adding in their availability clinic list their services, however they are not going to receive us. IS OUR RESPONSABILITY TO CHECK THE INSURANCE AVAILABLE. And if we see into the list of available clinic and at the moment to make the appointment we give our insurance number*¿What happened? BUT 1. We made an appointment, giving our insurance company. OUR INSURANCE NUMBER. 2. We received a confirmation email from the clinic 3. We received a confirmation call, in which the clinic changed the Day appointment.. Now we are here, and the company answer from the representative is *"the insurance company included us whiteout permission"* HOWEVER the clinic is obtaining a marketing benefits Whit that, WE THINK THAT IS NOT FAIR. 25 MINUTES DRIVING THRU THERE and received this information. Bad experience -1 Imagine a real emergency Whith this organizacional culture AT THE MOMENT TO CONFIRM they must check and they didn't do it, Think about why?

i called to make an appt for a DOT physical and the receptionist confirmed that they do provide dot physical and made an appt for me the following week . Well when I get there it was not until the doctor came in saying she wanted to draw blood is when I found out it was not a dot physical.. I knew something was wrong with the way the conducted the drug test but I didn't think nothing of it . Well the doctor says I will correct this by sending your info to a licensed dot doctor I said fine . It's been more than 2 weeks i have not received my dot physical form now my job will not assign me trips due to me nothing having update for form when I proactively went to this clinic to get it done before it expired . They tell me there going to call me back and they never do . They told me yes the doctor got another doctor to fill out the form and it was ONLINE but never told me where to go online to get it . And if you have a CDL you know your dot is not online but that's something they physically give to you bc you need it with you driver license. I called to find out exactly where "online" do o go and they kept me on hold for more than 30 minutes. I paid 200$ for nothing never got my dot and they never corrected the issue i would stay away from this place and never recommend going here for no one !

The doctors are very good but the front leaves a lot to be desired, they knew the doctor was out sick and my wife waited in the waiting room for two hours, then asked the people at the front desk and then is when they decided to say that the doctor was not coming because she was sick. What were they trying to do? If they say the doctor is out then a reschedule would have been possible, but this wasn't the first time that they have done that. Because of the front desk I wouldn't give more than 1 star.

I usually don't write reviews but my experience at Fiat Urgent Care this holiday season changed my mind. After doing research on doctors in the area I found that Dr. Amador was the most competent physician in the area (having interned @ Mayo Clinic, famous in NY). Being from NYC I'm used to big hospitals and bigger qualifications so I decided to give Fiat a shot. Walking into Fiat I was pleasantly surprised at how clean, friendly and attentive the staff was. I'm used to a pretty detached sterile hospital environment so the team at Fiat was a wonderful change from the norm. I was a little worried Dr. Amador wouldn't be able to see me because I walked in without an appointment at a pretty weird time but they were able to fit me in despite a busy schedule. The waiting room was pleasant; there was complimentary coffee, water, and even a TV. The chairs were comfy for a hospital setting and the environment was peaceful. The two women at the front desk were patient with me and promptly contacted my insurance for me. But the best part of my experience by far was Dr. Amador. My research really did pay off! After a friendly introduction and the standard medical examination, Dr. Amador sat down and actually listened to my concerns, worries, and experiences. After I explained to him what was going on and what I thought and all of that, Dr. Amador nodded and asked more questions to get more details on my case. Dr. Amador assuaged my worries and prescribed me a treatment that relived my pain and symptoms and by Christmas I was good as new! My whole family (including my cousins who had made me sick in the first place) went to see Dr. Amador after my experience. I'm happy to say we're all happy and healthy now! It was such a refreshing change from what I'm used to and I can't thank Dr. Amador and the staff at Fiat Urgent Care enough. I don't know how I could've lasted through Christmas without them!

So I brought my daughter here the the urgent care mind you she has an appointment at 12:30 now we have being sitting here for a hour now I don't understand why they tell us that only one person is working right now like that is unbelievable. The people who work here are not very organized like you need to get your stuff together. Also my daughter wakes up in the morning not able to talk and your not going to help like that your job isn't I will not be coming back

I took my son up for a visit and they said they were unable to verify my insurance. I asked if they tried a couple things and they said they tried everything and the customer service line was closed. Told me I could pay 125 upfront to take care of it and because I was worried about my son I did. As soon as I left I called my insurance line on my card and had no problem getting through. This place is scamming patients. Will be reported.

For two weeks i drove all over Houston to get an EKG b4 my surgery. All of the said they take my insurance and they can do it, i get their just to hear them say you have to go to your pcp(i have a pcp but she was book) i even drove an hour away from my home, my stress level was at an all time high at that moment. I told my husband i was gojng to try more irgent care before i reschedule my surgery i called Fiat urgent care and they invited me in, i went in the nice women at the front desk was very pleasant, when she told me we can do it, i wanted to cry, she tokd ne my copay and i didn't care how much it was, i was happy. The lobby has a very relaxing atmosphere as well. When i went to the back the doctor was nice and pleasant as well. She gave me encouraging words for my surgery, and i needed that because i was overwhelmed before i made it there. This place will always be my ho to, not just because they was able to assist me with what i needed. But they are very kind, welcoming, and appreciative of your business. If i can give the 10 stars i would.

This is the only place for repairs for my vehicles. We have been using them fir aa number of years, and so have our friends. Their service is efficient and reasonably priced. Absolutely the best place to to have your car serviced!
