Ami was great. Her and my daughter was in contact with each other for a bit. Ami knew what she wanted and got it for us. Then when I picked up the phone for my daughter, I ended up getting an upgrade. It was a great experience.

As Opposed to your previous manager!
My wife and I went to buy her a new phone.
Once done the manager told us about a Smart watch offer. We bought. What she Didn't tell us was it has a Battery issue and will not keep a charge.
When we discovered this and took it back they told us there would be a restocking fee!
So I ended up paying for a completely worthless smart watch!!

We bought a tablet from them and when I got home and opened it the button was broken, we tried to go back and get a different one and they would not give us a none broken one because she said we broke it…….. seriously? I never even got to set it up. I just took it out the paper and seen the crack, put it right back in the box also the lady was not very nice about it either.

These guys know their business and no messing around. I was in and out in about 15 minutes with new service. And they are very nice I definitely recommend going to see them if you need any kind of phone service.

The staff that helped me... I feel like was very undertrained, and there's not a whole lot of information that they can give you... They can't even bother to respect me enough to use my first name that a gave them... And when I called the Verizon, corporate turns out they were charging me for stuff that I didn't ask for and I told him not to do... If the next verizon store wasn't an hour away...I would have never even spoken to these people
