My name is Auston G, I came to Verizon with my wife, told Danny me and the wife needed a phone, we got what we wanted. He was patient, consistent, and efficient with us. Excellent customer service. Made my kids feel comfortable (we are a black family) not that it’s important but I want to show his diversity in helping all people. He offered me water. Got us done we were only there for about 3 hours. It was worth every moment . Danny did his thang Bro fr fr. I left T mobile and came to Verizon as a first time customer, me and my wife got an immediate return on my investment switching over to Verizon. Plus I get 20$ off my Bill bc ima veteran.

Danny was very attentive and knowledgeable. He did not try to sell us something that we did not need, which means a lot! He was excellent with customer service and excellent with explaining things to us. For young man he showed old school qualities of customer service! He deserves a raise!
