I recently visited this phone store to upgrade my device. The customer service was friendly and helpful during the visit, and the overall experience in-store was pleasant. However, I was disappointed to learn after the fact that the store is not owned and operated by Verizon, which led to additional fees I wasn’t expecting when upgrading my phone.
Unfortunately, these extra charges were not clearly explained to me during the transaction. I only found out about them later after doing my own research. I believe the store should be more transparent about any extra fees and clearly communicate that they are an authorized retailer, not a corporate Verizon location.
The service was good, but clearer communication upfront would have made for a much better experience.

When going to this Verizon store you need patience as it is always busy but the service is top notch/EXCELLENT!

These guys aren't knowledgeable at all. Gave me the run around. Even the support team on the phone gave me the run around. I end up cancelling my in store pickup order.

Terrible experience at this location.
My husband was simply looking for information about upgrading his phone. The employee who initially approached us asked what he needed, then walked away without offering any help or explanation. He proceeded to assist another couple and never came back to attend to my husband. Very disappointing service.

Good clean store that is easy to get to. Everyone is very pleasant and knowledgeable. We dealt with Tony. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about products. Also he shared some tips about certain apps.

Absolutely wonderful service from Alex. Came to get my wife a new phone and left with 2! He absolutely guided us through every step, answering all our questions. I’m a bit of a dinosaur when it comes to technology so Alex was the best teacher one could ask for! Huge thank you from my wife and myself Alex!
