“I’ve been bringing my own pets and fosters to this clinic for about 8 years, and I’m so thankful for the care they’ve received over the years. When you love your animals as much as I do, having people you trust to care for them means everything. I’ve brought them here for everything from routine visits to stressful situations, and I’ve always felt like they were in caring and capable hands. The doctors and techs are kind, knowledgeable, and really take the time to explain things. I especially appreciate that they’re upfront about costs, provide clear estimates, and talk through different treatment options with me. I’ve never felt pressured, and I always feel like I have the information I need to make the right decisions for my animals. Keri, Ginger, and Candace at the front desk are wonderful. They’re friendly, patient, and always willing to help, even when things are hectic. Seeing a familiar, friendly face makes such a difference, especially when you’re worried about an animal you love. Maye and Andrea with online reception are wonderful too. They’re responsive, helpful, and make it so much easier to get questions answered or take care of things without having to call. After 8 years and a whole lot of animals, I’m just really grateful for this team and the kindness they’ve shown me and the animals I’ve loved along the way. There’s a reason I’ve continued bringing my pets and fosters here all these years. I truly appreciate everything they do.”

“I recently brought my husky, Abby, to Companion Animal Hospital for an emergency pyometra surgery. It was a very stressful and scary for us both, she is my service dog. They got her in immediately and she is in good shape now, which I’m extremely grateful for. I especially want to mention Jessica — she was amazing. She was kind, patient, and walked me through everything at a time when I really needed reassurance. My only suggestion for improvement would be better consistency and clarity with pricing communication. Before the surgery, I received mixed information about what was included. Everything did end up being a fair price, but it would help if everyone gave the same information up front. It’s also important for people to know that half of the cost is due at the time of surgery, so if you have to make a quick decision, you’ll be prepared when you arrive. I gave 5 stars because I believe this is easy to remedy and I truly don't believe they were out to upset me. Overall, Abby received EXCELLENT care, and I truly appreciate how quickly the team at Companion Animal Hospital acted when I called. With a little more clarity on the front end, the experience would have been perfect. Thank you Companion Animal Staff I know I was a bit difficult and insisted on transparency and honesty. I am truly thankful and greaful for all your staff did to save my Abitha.”

“Very easy to make appointments, I was able to get in the same day. Very clean and roomy office space. The staff were very nice and transparent about prices. The veterinarian listened to my concerns and addressed them all with patience and kindness. The price was very affordable and much lower than other places I have been which was a huge relief to me as I was just burned at another place nearby. I usually take my dog to pop-up clinics for yearly well checks but will now come here.”

Niyah and some of the grooming and store staff even became track stars running to get my baby when she got out of her harness and took off out of the door. That meant and means the world to me the way they intervened to keep her from getting hurt running around in that parking lot. My girl always has been anxious going to the doctor.”

The only thing that concerns me is when I schedule and in office appointment, they still do the examinations and injection away from the examination room I’m in instead of doing the examination in my presence. That makes me uncomfortable. If I schedule an in office appointment, I want to be present for the entire appointment.”

“We made the decision to put our sweet 12 year old hound to sleep. Besides having lower prices than most, this place specializes in dignified, comfortable, and humane pet euthanasia and has a well-appointed, dimly lit room for this purpose, full of relevant amenities. Outside there is a walking garden with fountains and benches to use while waiting. The staff were all personable, courteous and attentive. Our good boy went out smoothly and comfortably.”

In the distress of looking for a vet ophthalmologist, NHVS had an appointment available within a couple of days. The vet was able to see her, examine her, and give her medicine that gave her back her sight. Thank you so much!”
