Went in with a leak from a bad repair by a different mechanic, Vic Auto Repair diagnosed the cause quickly and got to work. The repair was completed quickly and even when they found an additional problem in the area they were working they managed to complete the repair within the original time and cost estimate. There was a slight delay in me getting a loaner vehicle from them because of how the app they use to verify insurance works with my insurance provider but they stayed committed to helping me get it figured out and in a loaner vehicle. Overall, very happy with my experience.

I recently took my vehicle to Vicks Auto Repair Shop for a fuel pump replacement and a rear differential seal, and I’m really glad I chose them. The staff was friendly, professional, and clearly knowledgeable about their work. They kept me informed throughout the process, and the repairs were completed in a timely manner.
Their prices aren’t necessarily the cheapest, but you definitely get what you pay for — quality work, trustworthy service, and peace of mind. The warranty they offered was also a big plus and showed they stand behind their repairs.
I’d absolutely recommend Vicks Auto Repair Shop to anyone wanting the job done right the first time.

My experience with Vic Auto Repair was amazing. I’ve never been in an accident prior to now, so I had no clue how to handle the process with the insurance company. Chris educated me on everything I needed to know. He was honest and didn’t try to take advantage of me. My car look brand spanking new now. They even went the extra mile of detailing it for me. I would definitely recommend their service to anyone who is looking for good quality service.

Vic and his staff were great, caring and helpful. I’ve not had great experience with BMW mechanics outside of the dealer. But really wanted to find a reliable business near my home. They are not really a financial savings from the dealership. But the service and experience overall was Top Notch! I highly recommend them and will be going back!
