Very caring and understanding doctors and staff. Make me feel heard and include me in all decisions about my care. Work well with my outside providers. Dr. Small is very compassionate.

The doctor visit was tataly fine but he said the nurse can do cosmetic injections for the small veins that showing the visit will be as much you need. No time limitations, when I came for that the nurse brought to the room one syringe inspite off they told me as much time my leg need. What one syringe going to do? I asked her about other veins that still not injucted, she went to bring another syringe, and again and again. So when they tell the patients as much time you need thats not true because I kinda forced her to finish her job as they promised as needed. Also, her treatment did not work realy that much , i waited the blue spots gone from the injections and waited another 2-3 months NOT MUCH veins are gone. I called the nurse said in your concent you sogn for that it will not going to get red of all, But it did not remived much from the first place.

I have an elective surgical procedure and need an EKG. I am cash pay and called to get pricing before I scheduled. Receptionist told me it would be $150 plus about $60-75ish. Then she asked me why I wanted the EKG. I told her it was for surgery clearance for elective surgery and she told me the price would be $600.00. I said I didn't think that was fair, it's the same procedure. Why would the reason for getting the procedure change the price of the procedure? Needless to say, I didn't schedule with Village Medical. Note this is a practice of general practitioners, not cardiologists. So I then called a local cardiologist and scheduled an EKG. I was quoted $208.00. I should have called the cardiologist in the first place, but I thought that I might be charged less at a GP office. I will not do business with Village Medical.

My family have been patients here for over 10 years. We are always treated quickly and without extensive testing. With 4 kids, we have had everything from asthma to broken bones and always get great care. The new Panther Creek offices are modern and more spacious. Highly recommend Dr. Prihoda!!

PLEASE GET A NEW FRONT STAFF! We're looking for a new Dr because April the last girl You see is the most unpleasant person, she shouldn't be talking to anyone. Everyone else has been very pleasant. Edited to say they have went out of their way to rectify the situation and giving them 4 stars. .
