I had an original post but decided to re-write it.
At first they were awesome. 2nd year check decided to have my contacts delivered. They arrived and package was stolen. I called the office and told me they were shipped by 3rd party and they GUARANTEED my contacts. We'll, now it's been over 20 days since they made contact with me and they had no answers. So much for a guarantee. I paid $350 to get contacts and they only offered 15 days worth of trial contacts.

This is my favorite eye doctor by far. I’ve always had a difficult time getting the right contact prescription from other eye doctors, and have often made other eye doctors impatient when they tested lenses. Dr. Paul on the other hand is quick and accurate, and not to mention patient. I’ve never gotten a bad prescription from him. His staff is very friendly and helpful as well, you won’t be just a number to them.
