We have been coming to this location for almost 10 years; since we have insurance that covers my kids glasses at visionworks. The customer service has declined over the years and today was the worst I have received. I just went on to have nose pieces replaced; there was one other gentleman in front of me who needed his glasses adjusted. The lady asked me to leave glasses overnight to replace nosepieces? There was no one else in the store.

A couple of those tiny screws fell out of my glasses so I did a quick Google search and found Visionworks. Adriana greeted me and helped me out. She was very polite and efficient!

First time I’ve been here to buy new frames and get my lenses replaced. Somehow my prescription was off when I did my eye appointment so when my new glasses came in I knew immediately that it was wrong and the General Manager, Stephanie, immediately took action on it. She said we would need to wait for my old lenses to come back in to compare the two. She said my prescription might just be too high for me. Once the old lenses came back she took all of the information right back next door to where I had my vision tested and informed the doctor and the girl at the front desk before I even got there. I was seen within 5 minutes of just showing back up, my vision was re-tested and the correct prescription was in my hands. Stephanie was super helpful throughout the entire process. I truly appreciate the kindness and willingness she showed to help me. A little bit of that goes a long way and I feel a lot of people forget that. 5/5 stars & 10/10 recommend!
