Horrible customer service first the female Leslie was very rude to me and kept trying to act smart then in the doctors office the front desk receptionist were very rude to me then after they picked up the phone and hung up they would complain about the customer only nice person there was the doctor

Very nice, patient staff. Tons of styles. Clean store and polite staff. What's not too love! The optician next door is wonderful too. I got a discount on my purchase because I am an AARP member -- Bonus! I didn't know about but the person helping me did and he saved me money by telling me. This I really appreciate most of all.

Closing time was approaching but we were never rushed to complete our choices and did not realize the store was closed until our optician excused herself and locked the door. She helped us to navigate our insurance coverage and was honest about need vs. unnecessary to minimize our out-of-pocket cost. Knowledgeable and helpful with a bonus of friendly and kind. A very positive experience.

I've benn going here for a long time. I stopped for awhile because I felt the glasses all looked the same. I came back and found they added some really nice looking glasses. I purchased a pair!

The eye doctor office staff is amazing!! The glasses store service was great also, however, the pricing is very misleading. I was advised that i would receive a discount on the 2nd pair of frames. Each pair cost was $159, with insurance. For both pair was $380 and for 1 pair was $190. Thats definitely not a discount. Then, with all the new technology, why does it take 2 weeks to get the glasses back? A week should be the max!! I highly doubt I'll be going back to the glasses store. I will definitely be back for the eye doctor though
