Lied to about getting lenses for my frames. They checked and told me they could put lenses in the frames I had. I paid them and left my frames. I even received an email from the lab saying they were custom cutting my lenses for the frames. After about a week I received a call saying they could not put lenses in my frames. What a mess I am in because of them. I now have to get a refund, wait on my frames and make sure they tell my insurance I did not use my benefits so I can go somewhere else

The Associate Krystal at Vision Works store on 99 and Byrnum Woods was very helpful and was willing to provide me with information on frames that I was looking for. I would definitely like to ensure she’s my sales person in the future.
