Long time patient of this clinic and had to part ways with them. Terrible follow up by staff and returning messages, refilling prescriptions and general service. The provider Nicole was always great but the staff as they grew just couldn't replicate the service and were not a good reflection of the the original boutique operation they had with excellent service. It's a shame. Will not return as a patient.

Was 6 minutes late for my appointment because the train had traffic backed up and they told me the appointment was canceled because I was over 5 minutes late. Wasted 20 minutes of my time driving there.

First visit was great. IV stick on the first try which is hard for some when I’ve been dehydrated before. I look forward to using the other treatments they offer.
