Last night, 10/06/2025, was not a good night at this Walgreens. There were customers in line and this guy in the pic, leaned on the counter, playing on his phone the entire time. The guy working the cash register at the front of the store had his hand's full with a customer and he was desperately trying to help the customer pay for his purchase. Seriously, it felt like it took forever but it was almost 6 minutes of waiting for a transaction that should have taken about a minute tops. The guy at the photo counter never even looked up. What kind of employee is this? No customer service at all. I was there picking up items for a delivery, hopefully I never have to return to this location. I know I will never go there for personal purchases. Do better Walgreens phone guy...

Even though THEY continue to mess up my print orders…. I was told that they will no longer be helping me because “I am rude.” 😆
Excuse me, but I didn’t get rude until I had to start refunding my clients because your staff can’t read….. ?
I now use a different location and the employees mention how nobody wants to even work at this location because of the store manager.

Understaffed pharmacy and prescription updates never align with their system or with what their pharmacists say over the phone. I dread dealing with them each month and will be changing pharmacies. Very poorly managed and such a disappointment considering this is the oldest pharmacy in the area.

Today I tried to pick up my photo order, the order itself has been delayed and lost, the replacement print arrived this store 5 days ago, but the photo center clerk told me they don't have it. Tracking shows that it has been sitting in their mailbox for 5 days, they need to check their mailbox daily. Finally, one guy from back office went to check the mailbox and got found my photos, but he did not apologize instead complaining about me being pushy. LOL. Overall, very bad experience with Walgreens photo services.

The manager was nice and helpful after hearing me out on something that happened with an employee at the photo counter. It was unfortunate that asking if I could purchase a passport picture was met with hostility by the employee but the manager and the lady who did end up helping me were very nice.

My son is autistic, and we print photos there every week. It's so special to him. He placed an orderlast night, and he checks on the app to check the status of the order. It wasn't showing completed like usual, so I called this morning to make sure they were ready to avoid a meltdown. Esmeralda helped me and she said she didn't see them in the system. I told her it was okay that we would resubmit them and I would pick them up in the afternoon. She said I can expedite it for you, so he can still get them this morning. She was so kind and saved my life. Someone give this girl a raise. 💖 Being a special needs parent can't feel so isolating sometimes like no one understands. So thank you Esmeralda for making us feel seen and taken care of today.

It was a great experience with Pete today. I don't know what position he holds, but his customer service skills are exemplary.
He went above and beyond the call of duty!
The other people in the store should try to learn from him.
A few of them need more training to understand that customers basically write their paycheck.
Some of them behave as if the customer is an annoyance.
The store is clean and well organized and the stock is good.
This review is for the Walgreens on Sawdust Road in Spring, Texas.

Place is a scam . 20.99 in store but showed same going on their site 14.99 for store pickup. They said had to order online which makes no sense. Ordered for pickup waited 5 mins and got it. Literally the dumbest thing I've ever heard.

Best pharmacist I can recall ever having. Walgreens is a pharmacy and between doctors, insurance, and the company there are bound to be issues from time to time, which do occur. Sometimes we get calls and they don't actually have it or they can't get a refill for some reason, usually doctor or insurance related. These things can be frustrating. BUT, every pharmacy has these issues - every one! The pharmacist at this Walgreens always asks relevant questions - doesn't waste our time when it is not necessary, such as refills - AND is informed about questions related to medicine. I have watched him interact positively with other customers and even had to wait because he was chatting it up with an elderly guy who just wanted to talk; however, the pharmacist kept working and moving forward while being polite to this guy. The other pharmacy workers seem pretty good, too, probably due to leadership back there. I can say I don't always walk away from Walgreens having had a perfect experience, but I have had so many great experiences here that I fear having to switch to a different pharmacy. The good way outweighs the bad.

Don’t use this business if you want to a place who opens and closes as they wish to handle your medicine.
