It seems like the corporate heads who are actually in charge of the Walgreens have expertly established a system of cutting costs and hours for so many workers that it results in a incredibly shortened staff that is incredibly overworked. In which those employees get all the brunt of the disgruntled customers. I wish these complaints were reflected on those who are actively in control of the system and not the overworked employees. I actively hear customers complaining about the lack of proper management and staffing for their employees. Again I don't think the staff has a "lazy" or "disorganized" problem. They have a management problem from the top.

SAVE YOUR TIME AND PATIENCE BY JUST GOING TO HEB PHARMACY NEXT DOOR!! I have use Walgreens pharmacy my whole life and this location is by far THE WORST I have ever dealt with. I've been going here for a year because it close to everything and I've been putting up with the shitty service but I just can't take it anymore. You're GUARANTEED TO wait 45+ minutes inside or in the drive through every.single.time. This final time I waited about 45 minutes in line, my insurance had called this pharmacy personally at 12pm that same day to confirm my prescription which they confirmed was all good and I could pick up. I ended up going around 7:00 pm to pick up and they informed me it still wasn't ready after waiting in a long wait line. Okay so another 15 mins sure. I wait and after 15 I get a text saying insurance issue. I go back up just for them to realize they don't even have the medication needed and only had a brand name available that would cost me $250+ my normal cost. I understand the poor girl trying to help me isn't completely at fault but Jesus why cant the pharmacist not figure this shit out especially when I was told my order was "ready" 7 Hours prior. This is just another of the many issues at this pharmacy and at this point you'd have better luck just going to the H‑E‑B pharmacy Next door.

Walgreen’s need to improve on customer service, it has really gone down in the past few years. When you call in to inquire on prescriptions, they’re really nasty or you’re put on hold forever!! Everyone has an attitude. Without the customer, there’s no need for them.

The app is good, the service is poor. And the drive thru pharmacy, they don't get in a rush for anything! I have spent 45 minutes waiting in line and there were only two people in front of me. AND I made sure it wasn't during their meal breaks!

Every time that you pick up a prescription, they call the pharmacy tech for a barcode and they're supposed to ask you if you have any questions about the prescription. I came in to pick up a RX today and Shalonda (the pharm tech) had to ask permission from one foot to move the other to give a barcode and didn't bother asking me if I had any questions. And when I asked for clarification she said to wait when she was clearly not busy. And she didn't even take the time to be courteous to explain medication. I get it. It's on the paper. But you can always do your job and ask. Or else what's the purpose of requesting a barcode from a pharmacist?

This is THE SLOWEST Walgreens drive thru!! They don't even acknowledge you right away. I've been sitting in my car with 3 other cars behind me for almost 30 minutes now!

Don't know about the rest of the store, but the pharmacy is horrible. They don't have medicine in stock and don't know when they will get in new stock. The wait time is terrible! I had to wait 30 minutes in line just to pick up my medication.

This time the drive thru was amazing! They line was evenly progressing. Our order was right, they kept us regularly informed as to the next steps they were taking and doing a count down as to how soon our Rx would be ready. Very professional and courteous.

This is without a doubt the worst Walgreens in the history of Walgreens. They do not inform you when a medication is out of stock. They do not inform your doctor they will not help you find other pharmacies that have your medication. They just leave it in limbo without any notification.

Waited fot 50 minutes after our so-called appointment for covid booster with my wife. Pharmacy tech handled a few customers but pharmacist who has to do the shot just keept counting pills. Totally unprofessional. We got here on time but that does not seem to matter to the pharmacist, Sholanda Jones.When asked about the delay, Sholanda blamed short staffing and computer problems. Perhaps so, but it did not look that way from where I was sitting and sitting and sitting. Your mileage may vary, but from my point of view this Walgreens just stole a part of my life I will never get back. I would suggest going some place that understands what an appointment is.

As a retail location customer service is paramount. The service here is below acceptable. When you are waiting in the second lane of the drive though and ignored as the window assists three cars is not acceptable at all. Being forced to enter the pharmacy to pick up the prescription and complain to the pharmacist who didn’t bother to simply say “I’m sorry it happened” is the minimum that should have happened and would have made it better. Needless to say I won’t be returning and will avoid this pharmacy.

Completely unimpressed with my experience. I ordered a canvas this afternoon and at checkout it stated it would be ready at 5:45 p.m. I received a call from Walgreens at 6:45 p.m. notifying me they no longer have materials for that size canvas... an hour after it was supposed to be picked up. We said we would get a different size and they told us it would be ready in an hour. We arrived at 8 p.m. and they hadn't even started printing the canvas. We waited in the store for an hour and a half before it was even finished and ready to go. After the print was finished, the cashier realized the print was flawed and tried to conceal the defect just to get us out the door. When we noticed the defect they told me it would take another couple hours to finish. I can come around 11 p.m. and it was finally completed and of acceptable quality. Communication is lacking. Would not recommend.

Walgreens has lost my business due to a lack of common sense when demanding I.D. from customers 40 years over the legal age to buy cigarette's. It's harassment! Of the elderly.
