I apparently I'm not the only customer that think the staff are rude. I didn't catch her name but she always changes her hair color and this week was a purple/pink she was very rude. She does NOT let you finish your sentence, rudely interrupts while rolling her eyes. I asked the speak to the manager Wendy and she is just as rude.

Kristin has to be one of the rudest people I have ever dealt with. She needs to be reprimanded and some behavioral changes.

The Walgreens is one of the best branch I've ever been! Great customer service, staff are nice, attentive and friendly. Kudos to Pricilla for helping us with a return item and making our day.

I should've read the Yelp reviews before I went. This is literally the most unprofessional group of people I've ever met. Scheduled an appointment for a Covid vaccine.... Showed up 20 minutes early just in case. Couldn't find my paperwork... no problem I'll do it here. I stand there for 40 minutes with ZERO communication or an ETA for me. I left 20 minutes after my scheduled appointment time and I will NEVER visit this location again. The girl was rude when I told her to cancel it because I had to go get my child from daycare.

This branch caused me life-threatening issues during the ice storm. They didn't change their message for days to reflect that they had no backup generator and were shut down, so I assumed that they were open (from where I was staying - because they certainly acted like it on their phone machines). Once I actually got in contact with my doctor to send my essential medication to them, and risked my life on the ice to get there, I found out they were closed. I had to go off my necessary medication for nearly two days because of their negligence (and annoy my doctor with several new calls to send meds to new branches). W.T.F. I can't express how extremely messed up and frustrating this was. No excuses. Other branches made it clear they were closed, so I know it was possible to do. I wish I could sue this branch honestly.

I wish I could give less then a 1 star. The Assistant Manager Prescelia at this location, was so rude and unprofessional. I will be canceling my Walgreens reward program, unsubscribing from all emails, etc. I do not get this dramatic and over negative encounters. I use to work for Sam's Club as a supervisor. I understand hard/off days. However, she went above and beyond to be rude. I have never felt so belittle, singled out and attacked all in once. How she became and assistant manager baffles me....especially how she left her one employee to run the front register, photo, lab, handle the fed ex guy. All while she sat in her office behind the double mirror and watched me and everyone else patiently waiting for the one employee to help everyone. Only to emerge after the employee had to radio about fed ex needing a sign off.

Walgreen Pharmacy 19710 Holzwarth Rd, Spring, TX 77388 One thing this location does very well... They always have my meds that are not easy to find elsewhere..... so this store my wife keeps returning to and giving them our business.

I just moved back to Houston from Oklahoma and I called and spoke to Janet the Pharmacy Tech. She went out of her way to help me with my medications. Thank you Janet.

Went to pick up a prescription I refilled via email, and the pharmacist said it was never refilled even though they called multiple times, sent emails, and I spoke to someone last week. I'm in the middle of switching insurances since I changed jobs, however, the pharmacist or tech I spoke to on the phone said it was already billed and went through my previous insurance. Annoyed I stopped by inside for nothing. It's ok. I don't really need the prescription, but if I did, that's a waste of time. No, I do not want to wait 10 minutes for you to refill it. I have another appointment and was hoping to just pick it up and go.

"0" stars should be given to the manager that was on duty tonight. And the white girl cashier!!! If you go at night when the white girl with the BAD STRAWBERRY BLONDE DYE JOB is working the cash register be prepared for RUDE AF SERVICE and sorry help because she will give you the wrong cigarettes and have an attitude when you ask for the right ones after getting to your car and realizing she gave you the wrong ones. AND THEN BLAME YOU for asking for something you don't even smoke. And say you asked for the wrong thing. With four people in the house that smokes we are in there EVERY DAY and definitely KNOW WHAT WE ASK FOR. Then add the rude a** black chick that's the manager Janae or however she spells it. It makes for a very angry customer. This is twice I've been in that location with these two working and have had issues with their nasty attitude. Plain and simple if you don't want to work and be polite to the customer STAY YOU A** HOME. REGIONAL MANAGERS WILL BE CALLED during business hours tomorrow. What makes it so bad is the white guy that usually helps us walked in and asked if there was a problem as he sees us EVERYDAY and Janae the manager with the s*** attitude from hell dismissed him like he was trash.

This pharmacy is literally THE WORST and the pharmacy manager should be fired. I have an adderall prescription from a nearby psychiatrist in Spring, Tx. I called before heading to this location to ensure the drug is in stock as I had trouble getting it filled last month at Walgreens in Houston (tried 5-6 locations but were all out of stock). I was told they do have this in stock but when I went to drop off, I was told by Wendy Werth, the pharmacy manager, that they cannot fill this prescription due to the following: 1) I have a history of getting this prescription filled at various locations. Why does this matter?? It's a LEGITIMATE PRESCRIPTION!!! 2) They want to reserve the drug for local residents. Since I live in Houston, I cannot get my prescription filled in Spring. ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME RIGHT NOW? Since when did Walgreens fill prescriptions based on zip code??? Also, my work is here AND my doctor is here so why does it matter where I live??? If anything, Spring should be a more reasonable place, esp since my doctor's office is 5 mins away from this pharmacy! I was quite angry as I had the exact same prescription filled at this location back in September. When I brought this up, I was told that was a one-time courtesy. If that was true, why wasn't I informed at the time? And Wendy's response to this? It was in September so I probably forgot... WHAT A JOKE. I have never met someone as unprofessional as Wendy. I will make sure this incident gets escalated to headquarters.
