They always have some kind of an issue. Pharmacy and store. Prescriptions delayed or completely out of stock. Can't and refuse to honor their coupons in store. Even after seeing the coupon is clearly clipped and just not applying in their system. Poor customer service. I only stop in if I'm in a hurry thinking it will be faster than the big stores and it never is. Each store is different, but this one is now terrible.

I love this Walgreens pharmacy. The pharmacist is so thorough always and everyone has excellent customer service. Today Gabriella helped me, I was not feeling well and really needed my medication quickly. She not only made sure everything was filled quickly and efficiently but also was sure to call me and circle back with me to let me know everything was ready for pick up. Thank you Gabriella!

The store was clean, I love the employees, they’re always so nice and help me with coupons for my prescriptions. They’re so patient and understanding.

Pharmacy puts you on hold for 20+ minutes...never answers their phone! I'm switching to
dad goes. Better service and cheaper!!! EDIT: our insurance no longer can be used at Kroger, so we had to switch back to Walgreens. Again, meds late, mixed up, not available plus they call when I've repeatedly said to TEXT ONLY.

This Walgreens has great costumer service from the pharmacy who lets me get my prescription there every time even though my provider sent it to the Walgreens down the street, to the kind workers working the cash register and photo. Ian was such a great help helping me print out small pictures for a locket I was gifting to my mother in law. He took his time to not only print out the pictures but carefully cut them out so they fit perfectly in the locket! It was such a great act of kindness that he did not expect any reward for . 10000/10 would recommend !

3 ladies customer service representatives, talking and no body can move to receive a FedEx package, and mad because I asked to receive it. If they don’t want to work don’t do it. But I think the managers are the same.

This past week i walked into this Walgreens that i have been coming to these last couple of years. Not once have i had a problem there until now. It was outrageously hot when i walked in. I was informed that it has been almost a whole week since having there AC working properly. It is ridiculous and so unprofessional that Walgreens has taken this long to fix there AC. I can’t believe this is how Walgreens treats there customers but most importantly there employees. There the ones who have to deal with those conditions most of the time. Walgreens is so unprofessional the way they are handling this situation. Action should be taken immediately because this absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional!!!

I think this store has made a huge change for the better in both the pharmacy and store . Years ago it wasn’t to swift , but now they are on it . The pharmacist knows my name, I think that’s awesome ?

I just came back to this pharmacy after another bad experience to rate it and I had already given it 1 star from ANOTHER experience that was horrible and I’ve left few reviews over my life. DO NOT COME HERE. DO NOT CALL. This place sucks, doesn’t care about picking up the phone or attending to the pharmacy. Go to another Walgreens or hell, a CVS.

I'm always impressed by how prompt and professional the staff is at OTHER locations. This location, however, is (without hyperbole) the WORST FUCKING WALGREEN'S on the planet! Silver lining though is that by offering such poor service, they promote wellness in the community - they motivate you to stay healthy so you don't have to get any prescriptions filled here!!

I had issues at this place a long time ago, so I stopped going. But, my insurance changed, and I got transferred back here - and it’s a lot friendlier and more efficient than when I left. And cleaner.
