The manager was nice and helpful after hearing me out on something that happened with an employee at the photo counter. It was unfortunate that asking if I could purchase a passport picture was met with hostility by the employee but the manager and the lady who did end up helping me were very nice.

My son is autistic, and we print photos there every week. It's so special to him. He placed an orderlast night, and he checks on the app to check the status of the order. It wasn't showing completed like usual, so I called this morning to make sure they were ready to avoid a meltdown. Esmeralda helped me and she said she didn't see them in the system. I told her it was okay that we would resubmit them and I would pick them up in the afternoon. She said I can expedite it for you, so he can still get them this morning. She was so kind and saved my life. Someone give this girl a raise. š Being a special needs parent can't feel so isolating sometimes like no one understands. So thank you Esmeralda for making us feel seen and taken care of today.

Literally shaking with anger and frustration. I am an event planner who frequents this Walgreens for adhesive prints. Not sure why I have not learned my lesson because I keep using them but about 1/2 (no exaggeration) of my print orders are printed on the wrong paper sourceā¦. And itās a headache just to get them to fix it correctly!!
This results in me having to issue a refund to MY clientsā¦. Even though they usually will just credit it to my next order itās always an issue getting them to re-print it correctly. They are always rude and treat me as if Iām stupidā¦. Meanwhile none of them can read āP&Sā (peel and stick).
Today, I went in to return 2 postersā¦. NOT WANTING MONEY BACK⦠but only a credit to the order I was picking upā¦. I was told no since it was two weeks ago.
The amount of refunds Iāve had to issue because of the Walgreens in the past three months is embarrassing and they are wasting a lot of ink on employees who canāt read instructions.
One employee even argued with me that they have no way to know what paper to useā¦. Even though itās on the sticker ā¦

Calvin has done it again. A few years ago, he violated HIPAA laws by saying my name in front of a bunch of people waiting and calling out the meds I was on. I stopped going to that Walgreens then. My husband saw him do this to another woman a few years later, and he was appalled. Even the girl working the window was rolling her eyes. Calvin argues that HE is as important as your DOCTOR. I switched Walgreens YEARS ago to avoid Calvin. Now, he has moved to work the Walgreens at Rayford (don't go there), and, suddenly after years of going there, he doesn't want to fill my pain meds from MDA for ongoing cancer treatment. HE told my doc and pain management nurse that I need to 'taper off my meds' not even knowing my diagnosis. Calvin says that it IS his right to know my diagnosis. I say it's none of his business. So, to sum it up: If you are on pain management for cancer, you have to taper off now due to lawsuits and Calvin's fear of being charged with a felony. THIS is what makes patients turn to street drugs where they get deadly pain meds with things like fentanyl in them and die from overdoses. I'm glad Calvin is saving the world, one pain management patient at a time, because we all know that the ONLY reason a patient can be on long-term pain management is for terminal cancer. Right? I guess Calvin is one of those disgruntled pharmacists who couldn't make it to med school. You are not a doctor, Calvin, and you have NO right to know my medical history. I can only hope that someday Calvin gets to have a lifelong condition or something like pancreatic cancer with extreme 24/7 pain and HE gets to experience the stigmatization and abuse that he puts on others in this situation. Calvin? You should know better.

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! One of the slowest and disorganized pharmacies I've ever used.
I even call to check before arriving and am told it will be ready when I get there, just to be told they haven't started on it 40 minutes later.

It was a great experience with Pete today. I don't know what position he holds, but his customer service skills are exemplary.
He went above and beyond the call of duty!
The other people in the store should try to learn from him.
A few of them need more training to understand that customers basically write their paycheck.
Some of them behave as if the customer is an annoyance.
The store is clean and well organized and the stock is good.
This review is for the Walgreens on Sawdust Road in Spring, Texas.

Place is a scam . 20.99 in store but showed same going on their site 14.99 for store pickup. They said had to order online which makes no sense. Ordered for pickup waited 5 mins and got it. Literally the dumbest thing I've ever heard.

Best pharmacist I can recall ever having. Walgreens is a pharmacy and between doctors, insurance, and the company there are bound to be issues from time to time, which do occur. Sometimes we get calls and they don't actually have it or they can't get a refill for some reason, usually doctor or insurance related. These things can be frustrating. BUT, every pharmacy has these issues - every one! The pharmacist at this Walgreens always asks relevant questions - doesn't waste our time when it is not necessary, such as refills - AND is informed about questions related to medicine. I have watched him interact positively with other customers and even had to wait because he was chatting it up with an elderly guy who just wanted to talk; however, the pharmacist kept working and moving forward while being polite to this guy. The other pharmacy workers seem pretty good, too, probably due to leadership back there. I can say I don't always walk away from Walgreens having had a perfect experience, but I have had so many great experiences here that I fear having to switch to a different pharmacy. The good way outweighs the bad.

I called this afternoon and needed to find a prescription for my wife. That has been on backorder at other pharmacies. All around town. I got ahold of the pharmacist at this Walgreens.. he was not polite under any circumstance. . he told me flat out. He would not refill this prescription. I believe the man thinks he's a doctor or a God. I will never do b1usiness with this Walgreens location ever again. . I went through this the last time we did this prescription with him. he said he wouldn't refill it. then the doctor called him the next day snd surprise. Surprise, he filled it. this pharmacist is my. Opinion should not be working for Walgreens

This location is currently closed but they have not updated their hours on the door, or in google. When you call the location you get a message stating they are closed. So they obviously are aware but have not updated their hours. You cannot trust the hours for this location and you might waste valuable time driving here to figure that out firsthand. The CVS across the street seems to be consistent.

I have never seen a Walgreens low on stock literally everytime I walk in. At least 90% of the time I go here, they never have iso alcohol (90% specifically but they are always low on 70%). It's like it's a super rare item that can only be shipped from some desolate area that only ships out 1 crate a month via golf cart.
