As a person who’s been through many pharmacies for medications I HIGHLY don’t recommend Walgreens, I’ve been on hold with the pharmacy for a hour and they answer so rude and are always short staffed, one day I decided to walk in because the line was too long and 2 pharmacists were in a yelling match, I just need my meds not this bs

Wait over 20 minutes on phone often and all you get before you finally hang up is a quick hold please before you have a chance to respond not sure how long it would take to talk to someone. Would rather they say they don’t have time to talk to you and they just hung up. Terrible service in person as well. Don’t know what happened to them. Used to be a good pharmacy.

How is the pharmacy even still open. I wouldn’t say Walgreens exactly prides themselves in customer service (ironically) but my rx’s are delayed or some other BS every single month for reasons that have nothing to do with regulations or insurance. I try calling but get put on hold for excessive amounts of time. If I want to speak to a human I usually just have to go up there and wait in a line listening to the 3 people in front of me go off on pharmacy staff for similar reasons. I’m completely at a loss. I’ve moved over my medications to a new pharmacy and I hope this review helps others who have similar feelings.

The pharmacist and staff here handle themselves with professionalism and courtesy, even when challenged with the most challenging of customers. It was very impressive to watch the de-escalation with the Karen while also paying attention to all other staff and customer needs. Very impressed.

I ran in at 6 am because I was on my way to Houston for my passport appointment and forgot to print something. The 2 ladies working assisted me with printing the photos. It was super quick and they were very friendly.

This location is bad. Don't bother trying to call no one answers they just keep putting you on hold. Find another pharmacy.

I had a very disappointing experience at Walgreens pharmacy recently. The pharmacist I encountered was incredibly rude and unprofessional, especially regarding my controlled medication prescription. Instead of being straightforward about their discomfort in filling my prescription, he resorted to fabricating excuses that were both frustrating and disrespectful.
The staff also left me on hold for over 30 minutes, which tested my patience. It felt like they valued their time more than their customers. I left feeling disheartened and disrespected, and I would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone needing assistance. It’s unfortunate that a place meant to help can make you feel so unwelcome.

Prescriptions are never ready or always wrong. I always get phone calls saying my prescription is ready, i show up, and they are so disorganized, they don’t communicate, horrible service
