Pharmacy was closed due to the pharmacist not being on duty. Due to this, I couldn't pick up my prescription. I went inside HEB and their pharmacy was open and fully staffed. I'll be moving to HEB pharmacy. I see why Walgreens is closing all over the U.S.

Everytime I call the pharmacy I get thrown on hold without them saying anything to me and it's so long I eventually hang up. I have been trying for 2 days to get a question answered at various times.

This comment is for the pharmacy technician I saw today. I received y Covid-19 injection at this location 1/15/2025 my injection was perfect this is the second injection I received from this male pharmacy technician. The wait for prescription is awful. My doctor sends in prescriptions & it would take the next day before I could pick them up. I really thinking about going back to Walmart.

Called in my refill using the automated service with success. When I went to pick up my prescription the gum chewing young brunette stated I picked it up on the 3rd. I assured her that I did not given I placed the order on the 3rd after hours. She then realized she made an error only for her to make another, stating I had no refills left. I was sure that I had one more refill and proceeded to ask a couple of questions, which she didn't seem interested in searching for answers or assisting in any way. I returned home to look at the bottle and I was correct. I called and waited for quite some time, but finally was able to speak to someone that confirmed I had a prescription waiting. When I mentioned my experience to the gentlemen on the line, he offered nothing, but silence. I returned to the store to finally get my prescription and no apology was offered and the previous person refused to even make eye contact. Walgreens you must do better with customer service training. There are way too many places to get prescriptions from. HEB will be my pharmacy from now on.

While I understand that pharmacy techs have it tough, lying is still no excuse. Nadia, Joshua and the female white coat at this location will lie to your face about when medication will be filled. If you don’t know, SAY YOU DON’T KNOW. But lying about times and then ADMITTING that you can’t ensure that time is accurate is unacceptable. Do NOT use this location.

I placed two online store pick up orders within the last two weeks and each time it was a very unpleasant experience. The associates are rude, incompetent and appear to be bothered when processing pickup orders.

They did an awesome job today getting my medicine because cvs could not get it done. I gave cvs 3 weeks and they kept giving me the run around. So I truly thank God for the employees at walgreens blessing me with my meds. Employees were very nice and the pharmacist made sure that I knew about each medicine. I was in the drive thru for only 10 minutes. They are the fastest walgreens. Yall keep up the great work. Blessings!!

I try to be polite and honest with all my reviews, but this place, after a year, hell no!The customer service here, both inside at the pharmacy and at the drive thru, is absolutely horrendous. I've been using them instead of a CVS for a little over a year. Next Doctors appointment, I will be changing to the CVS. Tired of the weak BS. You suck!!!

NEVER PRINT PHOTOS FROM HERE!!! Even if you bought professional photos from a photographer, you’re going to have to have written permission to print, so good luck. A business that only cares about covering themselves and nothing about customer service.

These rude pharmacy techs will have you ready to smack one of them! Let me rephrase that LEO DELVA seems the be the problem (don't want to blame all of them because there are a FEW that genuinely cares) Lord knows if I could do it and not catch a case I would because when your playing with my children's wellbeing ANY AND EVERYONE can get it!! They lie about doing required things and when you ask to speak to the pharmacist they place you on hold as if they hope you will just hang up! They are going to catch me on a day that I myself haven't had my medicine and I'm not going to care about anything and the will see the mama bear come out for real!
