I have to give a shout out to Shanteka. She’s always super helpful and has such a great attitude. Anytime I need something or there’s an issue, she handles it fast and knows exactly what to do. She really makes things easier, and I honestly think she deserves Employee of the Month. I literally continue to shop there because of you so keep it up and thank you.
Antonio is also great, he’s super helpful and always makes finding what I need a breeze. He knows exactly where everything is and is always willing to stop what he’s doing to help. It never feels like a hassle with him around.

First of all, I would like to start by saying I am a Registered Nurse. I've never heard of any patient having their PHARMACY be the cause of their medication non-compliance in all of my 25+ years of being a nurse. This Walgreens location consistently causes non-compliance on several of my medications. The most recent is today when I came to pickup my prescription that I received a text on earlier in the week giving me an option to hold it until April 5th. I get here on April 5th and they tell me that they went ahead and cancelled it earlier today. I asked what time is the cut off because that would have been nice to know. He told me that they cancel them at their discretion and that there is no actual time, just whenever they feel like it. NOT ALL of the employees have been this rude, but obviously he's having a bad day. Regardless, I don't appreciate being treated like this. As a medical professional, this treatment by ANY healthcare organization, YOUR employees to YOUR customers should not be tolerated.
The reviews at this location are terrible for a reason.

I filled prescription to this store on 2/25 @9:30am, for my respiratory medications that should be filled within I know in 2hr frame; I’m a former employee of Walgreens’ as a cpht; of course not this store but it’s NO WAY THAT MY 2 PRESCRIPTIONS still showed in progress on app on 2/26 at8am!! I phoned and asked why and was told WE JUST OPEN CAN YOU GIVE US 5 mins.. they don’t have to worry about me filling here anymore; that’s very inconsiderate and shows how much the team don’t care for community and for people who’s in NEED OF IMPORTANT MEDS!

Insanely rude employee named Dylan randomly came out of nowhere with such attitude & disrespect. We were told we could come behind a counter for pokemon by another employee & we explained that to him. He became insanely defensive and emotionally unstable, he needs some sort of help. To employees, If there are cameras there, please watch & see how we were nothing but respectful until he became weird over the situation.

Julie is her name at that is the Asian Lady they have been filling my prescriptions for a year and she just told me that they couldn’t because of my address after a year. Very unprofessional, I would not go up here, everyone in the office is unprofessional and I will be contacting their corporate office to report them, thanks! Desiree!

Worst Walgreens Ever.
Asian female pharmacist refuses to fill people’s prescriptions based on her preference. Moved to the area recently, moved my prescriptions to this location. I will never shop at Walgreens ever again because of this pharmacist.
Excuse me, go back to med school if you want to be the doctor. You have NO right denying people’s medications based upon your feelings. She is violating HIPAA laws with her questions.
I’m not the only one…
She denied an elderly couple a heart medication and told them the medication was “outdated” (tried to get it on camera I was so shocked)
Literally unbelievable. Reporting her to corporate.
I spent over 20 minutes on hold with “one call ahead of me” according to the machine.
I called 2 hours later and still no one answered.
I drove over there an told them no one is answering the phone what is going on?
They said they just got a bunch of calls. I didn’t tell them I called multiple times at multiple points of the day and no one would answer at any point. The pharmacist that runs this place needs to be fired immediately.
I’m not playing 21 questions with the pharmacist. If she wants to prescribe medications she should go back to med school. Either fill it or don’t.
You are NOT a doctor OR a prescriber.
She actually said to me “is your doctor a telahealth?”- insinuating that my doctor is not a real doctor and that my prescription is not a real prescription.
You can’t make this stuff up.
I will never spend one penny ever again at ANY Walgreens. She said 2 months ago she needed to call my doctor to verify my prescription. Great, have fun, I don’t care. The problem is she said that last time. She never did it.
The refill was sent by my doctor in the AM of Friday. After calling (no one answering) then driving over there (the guy couldn’t even find my prescription) and being told it would be filled; the pharmacist then calls me at 5pm on Friday well knowing the doctors office is closed for the weekend.
Update Monday she never called my doctor. Had RX moved to HEB and it was done in 1 hour. Ridiculous, never going back to a Walgreens ever again. That’s how bad this place is.
DONT WASTE TIME HERE - Zero stars.

This pharmacy has some dedicated staff. Its a real neighborhood pharmacy. I was picking up a script and the tech found a coupon for me while I was in the drive thru and applied it. I've moved from the area but I miss visiting this pharmacy because they treat me well.

Worst pharmacy ever. They don’t call me or text when I have a refill. Then when I call their automated line they tell me I have no prescriptions. Turns out they’ve had the prescription for 10 days and still haven’t filled it.

Clerk needs to be seen by the supervisor. She clearly making her own policies. Told me I cant return something which was seal and new. Went back to the pharmacy and they did it no questions asked.Then came back to buy ear drops which in the store were for $11 and online for $8 but guess what she said that their policy is that they cannot match their own online prices. Wow
