Went to get a document printed, a girl in her 30s ish was there. African American, curly extensions wearing no badge told me that they DONT print documents, one she saw that I in fact knew they did (i was a walgreens employee for a while) she said the machine was down. Honestly if you don't want to do your job let us know so that we dont waste our time and gas. And walgreens do a better job at hiring ppl that actually work not just show up for the paycheck

The whole staff at this location is amazing even understaffed. I love that the pharmacist actually makes sure her each patient is getting consult . It’s sad how some patients can be so ugly to the workers even if the worker is doing the best they can to help them.

The pharmacy staff is rude no sense of urgency no customer service and they always seem short staffed never answer the phone try to steer away from this location for pharmacy needs.

Worst service I have ever experienced. This pharmacy has the worst customer service I have they don’t care about their customers at all. Horrible and unacceptable customer service pathetic employees care absolutely zero respect and concern for customers. So done with this store.

The pharmacist technician on May 22 at 3:30pm refused to dispense my medication for no apparent reason and she ask me if I spoke Spanish and if I didn’t understand what she was saying.

Just takes a really long time to get anything even if it’s ready you wait at least 15 -20 minutes for the staff to even help you

If I could give a 0 I would. HORRIBLE SERVICE when dealing with pharmacy! Called as I was leaving work and was put on hold on 3 different occasions and someone just kept picking up the phone and putting me back on hold just for them to drop the call! Called back same thing. Extremely unacceptable. Then I drove to the store AND IT WAS HORRIBLE! One of the techs was so busy chatting and flirting with someone 🙄 and she could have been helping. They had a total of 7 people on shift and only one person working the register and drive-thru by herself (Jessica) and everybody else shuffling bags. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT get your blood pressure high using this walgreens pharmacy COMPLETELY UNPROFESSONAL!

The samiya girl was amazing at the front I went to the back to get my prescriptions and the pharmacist was very rude had an attitude the whole time

Unfortunately this is the only pharmacy on my way to work and sometimes I need to stop for something quickly and even though the website says it's open at 7am, it's been at least 4 times that I show up WAY past 7:30 and it's closed, and there are always multiple cars parked outside waiting.
The one time I stayed until they opened, the employee did not even apologize for opening late, she even seemed already annoyed that customers DARED to be waiting when it should've been open.
Terrible customer service. Do better.

Literally the worst Walgreens they make up their own hours says they open at 7:00 got there at 7:45 doors we’re still locked.

They ALWAYS open late
