Terrible I Will definitely recommend HEB around the corner on Gosling and also on spring Cypress ( they also have a digger selection) but anyways. Why have so many workers waiting by the door to leave and not open more lanes to get people out faster. Waiting in line for 20mins is crazy/when you have the staff. And honestly whoever came up with this is not doing the company good.

Everytime I have been to this walmart it is a terrible experience. I do not recommend this walmart to anyone. Called the store to speak to literally anyone, I was near the pharmacy and needed an item out of the locked section and there was a short lady with glasses with 2or 3 red hearts on the sides of the frames and her hair in 3 large twists, who absolutely scoffed at me like i didn't deserve the items inside after i asked. Not one welcome as i walk into this walmart and it is always a disaster inside when i am here. When i called to make a complaint about this short worker i sat on the phone for over 30 minutes with it just ringing even while i am writing this review it is still simply "ringing", i would also like to add the first time i called and sat on the phone it was answered and i was hung up on seconds later - let alone calling multiple different departments and told they couldn't not transfer me. Ridiculous, as if i have never used a phone before. When i worked here many years ago your job was to make someone's day better as you never know what someone is going through. Never will this Walmart location ever receive another dime from me. So disappointed.

Worst wal mart I've ever dealt with. We've used curbside pickup twice, each time they never answer the phone so you have to go in the store and find someone to get your groceries. Also waited over 20 minutes to be helped in the photo lab section. Keep your store properly staffed. It always boils down to management & this store clearly lacks good leaders.

Steer clear of this Walmart. My son was down in Texas for school; mind you he lives in a very good neighborhood and makes decent money while a student. He went grocery shopping there and out of nowhere security surrounded him embarrassed him demean him and said they saw him stealing on the self check out line. They took him to a back room searched through his order and found a nine dollar pizza was not scanned out of a $200 . They accused him of stealing even when he said he must've mistakenly forgot to scan it; Mind you this mistake could've happened to anyone and he had about 3 of the same pizzas which We're all on the receipt. Even the police officer that they called after they found the pizza thought they acted extremely unprofessional. He has never be a cashier a day in his life; if Walmart wants us to be 10 star cashiers they should pay us instead of Their profiling team of security.

TERRIBLE customer service. I forgot a bag at the self check out and called within 15 minutes of leaving the store to see if they could hold it for me because I still have the receipt. I called over 45 minutes before they closed and did not get an answer. Finally someone answered and hung up. I called again waiting for a long amount of time to get an answer and again they answered and hung up. Tried to call one more time and it rang for over two minutes with no answer. I guess I lost my money and my items that I purchased. This Walmart has the most nasty and rude employees. It's not that hard to answer a phone and even if you are busy I wouldn't mind being on hold. But you hang up on a customer and that is extremely unprofessional. Do not recommend getting any help from "customer service". 0/10. Do better Walmart.

Make Wal-Mart 24 hours again. Why am I gonna choose Wal-Mart over H-E-B/Kroger/Target during daytime hours? I'm not. The groceries aren't as fresh, the staff isn't as helpful, and overall it just isn't a pleasant place to be. Wal-Marts only real utility is to be open when no one else is and still offer supermarket pricing.

This Walmart just happened to be in the area I was currently in, and I was happy I stopped by to make a quick return and grabbed some wings from the deli! Return was a quick and easy process without any issues. Stopped by the deli a few times however I kept getting caught behind customers ordering the same wings I wanted to buy. Each time I decided to come back, I was stuck behind another person. After the second person, I decided okay the wings are running out, I should stay here before it's all gone. By the time I was next, the wings leftover wasn't worth purchasing... mind you 12 wings is about $15+. I asked if they could make me a fresh back, and that they did! No questions asked! Took them about 7 mins and I came back in 10, just in time for them to set them out. The guy picked me out the best wings and I was super happy! Definitely will be stopping by here again for my wings craving if I am ever back in this area!

This store is NOT what it use to be. Service is slow, cake order is always wrong, barely have lanes open (if at all), curbside pick-up (don't even get me started). I refuse to shop at this Walmart any longer. Target for house goods/clothes and Kroger for groceries.

This review is specifically for the order pickup process. It is terrible. No matter when they tell you it is ready for pickup, you will still wait 30-40 minutes after checking in to receive your order. They are always behind. Then, the last 4 orders I've placed none have been ready at the timeframe selected. Once it never even got fulfilled and I had to cancel it. I'd rather go to another company with a two hour pickup to know that I'm going to get it when I needed. Makes me want to cancel my Walmart card as well. Save yourself some time and go somewhere else or do your shopping in store.

Horrible customer service! They never have lanes open with staff to check you out! I much rather go to Target, H-E-B or Kroger and have a person check me out! They had plenty of employees to work registers because they were all around but no one would open a register.

I was hit by a roll of grocery carts while trying to get into a scooter. The kids pushing the carts in shoved them from the outside and they came crashing into me. They did not apologize nor did they want to file an incident report. I had to insist on a manager. Finally the manager came out and finally started the incident report. After about 45 minutes of filling it out on his tablet he said I would get an email with all of the info, but I did not get an email. I am 3 weeks out of surgery and this is why I needed a scooter and now I'm bruised from my arm and my ribs and leg hurt as well from the impact. The people here are not trained properly and have no manners and now I find out are liars too since I never got the email with my incident information.
