I needed an emergency oil change and received knowledgeable, professional service. All of the employees I interacted with really went above and beyond to help me in a situation that was stressful to me. The prices are good as well. Nothing but impressed. Would recommend making an appointment if you can (I did not which resulted in a to-be-expected wait time), but give them a try either way!

Definitely call before showing up just to make sure you’re not waiting too long. They said it would be a 30min-1hr wait..but I ended up being there for 3 hours when I had other things to do. The cashier Niara at auto center doesn’t have the best customer service. It’s like she doesn’t want to be there everytime I go there. She chooses when she wants to be nice. Also she was having a conversation on the phone with her friend or something while checking me out, so unprofessional and rude. I only come here because it’s closer to my house. Just wish they were accurate with times, and focused on customer service rather than messing around in the garage or talking on the phone

I went to buy a car battery. I bought AGM H5 Core Charge Car battery and paid $207.67 at check out. I came home, my neighbor helped me to jump start, and it did work, my car started. Next day, I drove back to Walmart to return the battery, but the auto center was already closed, and the regular customer center did not accept return. Following day, I went back to Walmart to return and presented receipt at auto center. They refused to return, because they claimed I hooked up the battery in my car, Which I never did. I did not open and check the cap while buying it because I was not too familiar with batteries. I requested them to arrange a discussion with a manager about the situation. Manager came in after 20 minutes. He did not want to listen to me. He was talking rudely. He did not show any professionalism or customer service.But after this incident, I felt cheated and betrayed. They questioned my integrity but did not accept their mistake to place a pre-used battery in their new battery shelf.

Pro: Decent pricing.Con: The installation team took hours and hours to install 4 tires. I watched the tech look at his phone between each lug nut.Recommendation: Spend a little more for a better customer service experience.

Had a little issue with my drain plug and they handled it professionally with my oil change. Bought hub caps and they put them on as well. Great service

I experienced a flat tire, I was 2 miles from this Wal Mart Auto Center and had my vehicle towed there. I arrived around 640 and the employees said they were unable to help because they had 3 cars ahead of me and they pointed to 3 cars parked outside the garden center. Meanwhile, I am figuring out my next plan and 2 customers from inside the store exit the garden center and leave in the parked cars the associate said he was "working on next." He could have easily said, ma'am I am sorry we do not accept cars after a certain time, if that is the case instead of lying.

I went on a Saturday because my car battery had died and I kept having to jump it to get my car started. They did have the specific battery that I need it but I did have to wait about an hour or so before they could get to me. The service I received was great about the only bad thing I'd experience was that one hour wait.

The information I was given by their Auto Care Center was incorrect and totally off base. I called the next day to confirm and git more useless and incorrect information. A few of their auto mechanics are incompetent and useless.
