After trying a bottle of their alkaline water at Kei's Vegan Eatz, I decided to pick up a gallon at their store. The customer service was exceptional. The representative took the time to explain the entire process of how they make their water and the different types available to suit my preferences. His knowledge and passion for the product were evident, and it was clear that he truly cared about providing the best experience for customers.As for the water itself, I was blown away. It was the cleanest, freshest water I have ever tasted. The purity and taste were unmatched, and I could feel the difference in my body after just a few minutes of drinking it. I would highly recommend Watertree Alkaline Water to anyone looking to live a healthier lifestyle. It's not just water; it's a lifestyle choice that you won't regret."

Staff is always kind and helpful. They rinse our 5 gal jugs, fill them, and help us out to the car. I’m a water snob and their water here is perfect.

I tried the magnesium water and it's really good. It helped relax my muscles and made me sleep better. I feel super hydrated now!

Love this place! Always open and reliable when Houston's water supply gets contaminated from hurricanes or pipes freeze from bad weather. I have to say the magnesium water is my favorite for post-workout recovery. I feel so full and refreshed.

I'm so happy to have found this place! Now I can get my alkaline water in 5 gallon containers for my water dispenser. The lady who works there is very knowledgeable, professional and friendly.

Terrible customer service every time we go! First of all, their pricing is much higher than other Water Tree locations, and they do NOT take the Water Tree membership. The owner is distracted, unfriendly, rude, and once just left me there said he is taking a training course in the back room. I highly recommend the Water Tree on Kuykendahl, where everyone is super friendly, helpful, fill the water for you and take them to your car plus load them in the car for you EVERY TIME! I have gone to the Woodlands location 3 times now, thinking they will get better, but instantly regret every time. Save yourself the headache and make the drive to the Spring location (where they also have a cafe connected to the water store with fresh juices/smoothie and delicious wraps/sandwiches!)

Christian here was awesome! Super helpful... I drank their alkaline hydrogen water offering while fighting Covid. The water was really helpful in keeping me hydrated and helping me heal! Now I have bought shine for my mom in her fight against cancer :)) thank you Christian!
