Took the youngest to open a checking account and was pleasantly surprised at the personal skills of the young lady assisting us. Juanita put my boy at ease and helped him select the account that would work for him. She was patient as he selected the artwork for his card. She answered all questions and made the event a pleasant one for him.

Recently, while checking certificate of deposit (CD) rates I visited the Wells Fargo Bank, Rayford Crossing location, Spring, TX 77386. Upon arriving, I was met by Ms. Courtney Kenney. During my visit, Ms. Kenney answered all of my questions as well as offering to help me with various investment options offered by the Wells Fargo Bank. After gathering and comparing the information from other financial advisors, I decided to purchase a CD from the Wells Fargo Bank - Ms. Kenney. During the purchase process, Ms. Kenney assisted me in an expedited manner as well as displaying the highest level of professionalism and providing exceptional service. Additionally, Ms. Kenney was courteous, knowledgeable and is an asset to the Wells Fargo Bank. Keep up the great work...

Be careful at this branch. I was warned once by a teller and handed a note by the teller to watch out for a specific vehicle about a year ago. Today I was followed from the branch by somebody who is watching people in the commercial drive-through lane.

Every time I come here they are always understaffed with tellers. Wait time is terrible just to do a simple transaction

I have never left a bad review in my life. However, I feel the need to here to save people's time. I have been to this location 3 times and all 3 times have been a terrible experience. Please just drive an extra 10 miles to any other Wells Fargo location. I sat an hour in the lobby waiting for a notary. After the long wait the man told me he COULD help me. We sat down and took out the document and he then came up with 3 different excuses as to why he couldn't notarize it. The reason that he settled on was that he had no ink and that also his stamp was broken... I drove to the Wells Fargo in the woodlands and within less than 5 mins I was out the door. Spring's Wells Fargo is TERRIBLE. 0 stars. Save yourself the headache. They are always understaffed. Don't have anyone greeting at the door. Every person you talk to seems upset and miserable working.

Wells Fargo on Spring Cypress, Spring TX has the rudest personnel anywhere. I am pulling my money and going somewhere else. We are 52 years old, have a fortune in the bank, and had two 20 something employees talk to us like children. We are done. WF is the worst ever to employ such disrespectful kids.

I don't do reviews unless the customer service is great (consistently). This branch is very very well managed and team spirit is beautiful , (America) I miss. They were extremely welcoming and So clean ,sanitized , and really respecting the covid-19 guidelines. Great job ladies !!!

I entered this branch with all the required legal documents to have some information changed on my accounts. The branch associate manager, Efrain Blanco was very unethical and requested to make copies of my personal documents which contained sensitive information. He could not tell me where this information was going or why he needed it and he became very cocky when I informed him their customer service had already informed me it was not needed. Efrain told me it was his branch and he was not going to help me and that he would block me from ever opening another Wells Fargo account if I closed it. I asked to speak with the branch manager but was clearly denied when they didn't come out of their office. The customer service culture at that branch is very poor.

This location is experiencing assaults and robberies, the bank is well aware that their customers are getting robbed after leaving this branch. I was robbed today at this branch 6/9/2018 @11:57 Despite several customers reporting this issue they do not warn their customers nor get security

They greeted you like a family and the speed and accuracy of service is great. They try to make sure that you feel like a part of family.

I've been at this location since we moved into the area. Though it has been hit or miss at times, I can count on Mary and Virginia to be my "go to gals" as tellers inside and out at this location. They have a high standard of customer service and always have a smile on their faces. They definitely make my biweekly trips to the bank much more enjoyable when it's "errand running day". On the other end, inside this location, is Chris...he has helped with several different banking needs, including helping us open an account for our oldest daughter when she graduated high school and was heading off to college. He explained all the details of having a checking account as well as a savings and secured credit line in order to build her credit. Definitely helpful and mindful of our needs. Thank you Mary, Virginia and Chris for making my business at Wells Fargo very enjoyable!!

BEWARE of their bait and switch talk on APRs BEFORE going in for a loan. With perfect credit and even having a very recent paid off home loan with them, I called to see what the current APR would be on a new general type loan. I was quoted a percentage and then after waisting my time going into their office and applying for the loan, it was approved but at a MUCH higher rate than initially quoted. NO THANKS. After over 3 perfect years with them on a past paid off loan I get the old bait and switch routine. On top of that I take a hit on my FICO score by just applying with those jerks. Avoid this bank for your loans.

The manager at this bank Lesa Mihalov is a complete idiot. She is rude and kept trying to shove credit cards down my throat. I felt like I was at a car dealership because there is such a high stress on sales. Wells Fargo is not customer oriented all they care about is SALES SALES SALES!! worst bank on the planet I am moving everything to a credit union! I wish I could give less than a star!

I have been a loyal customer to Wells Fargo for over 10 years. I have always thought they had the BEST customer service and when friends have asked me before what bank they should use because they don't like theirs.. I have always ranted and raved about how I never have a problem at WellsFargo because the customer service is so great. At this particular location though, Dan (the mortgage/loan person) has the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I was inquiring about a loan for a house - I went in Sat. and gave the assistant store manager Kim all of my info and she said Dan would call me Mon. to let me know what I qualified for. He called me Tuesday on the phone - told me he couldn't plug in any of my personal info unless I was right in front of him - because it was confidential (even though I sat with Kim, in person, and gave her ALL my info on Sat). Anyways, if that is policy, fine. When he was asking for my situation and info and I was asking him questions he constantly cut me off, would not listen to what I was trying to tell him or what info I was trying to obtain, and he was just plain rude to me. I work in the customer service industry and in my line of work... he would have been fired on the spot if a manager heard the way he handled the conversation.
