They only have 2 tellers on Friday... No one helping the line of people waiting. If you need a banker the few I heard won't stand up to greet you and will immediately tell You that they have appointments coming in... instead of introducing themselves... asking for your name and then asking what your needs are before trying to find a solution. In some cases it could be a 10 minute fix when there could be time before the next appointment. I would recommend the kuykendahl branch 21315 kuykendahl... so far every interaction has been pleasant and helpful.

Since my fave Wells Fargo branch closed permanently due to COVID, this is the branch I come to most often. Lately I've had to have multiple documents notarized. First time I came in to have one notarized, there was no one - and I mean NO ONE - in the branch other than me and the employees. Yet the teller told me I needed to scan a QR code to get "in line" to see someone to help me. I refused. She literally told me to go someplace else, then. Wow. If I had written a review after that encounter, this WF branch would have received one star. But, I gave them another chance. I had some true banking to do, and after that was completed, I snagged the service manager, Ariana. I told her what had happened about a month prior. She was so apologetic. Gave me her card and advised me to see her if it ever happened again. I returned about two weeks later to get yet another document notarized. Ariana recognized me and helped me right away. Impressed! About two weeks after that, I return for another notary service. This time the branch was a little crowded, but within 10 minutes I was assisted. This branch is much easier to access than other ones near me. I've never had any difficulty finding a parking spot nor exiting back out onto Louetta. And since often these documents that I'm signing need to be mailed, this branch provides a short driving distance to the post office. I miss my other branch that closed, but this one is a close second. Both a drive-up and a walk-up ATM are available here. Tellers are friendly, actual branch is clean and I was grateful that Ariana was so helpful. A true shout-out to her for giving me the reason to bump up my review from one to four stars.

This branch is awesome and everyone is super friendly! I've never had any problems banking here. The tellers do such a great job with making sure your deposits are taken care of, even when they get real busy at the drive thru. I'm definitely a happy customer!

Completely unhelpful and just a strange atmosphere. Customer service issues are all handled by phone. There is absolutely nothing the teller or individuals sitting at the desks can help you with unless you are purchasing new services. However, someone in a suit will still greet you loudly and attempt loud awkward converstion with you, as you stumble to the teller half asleep in your pajamas. After being told not one person in this establishment could help me with my fairly basic issue, I sat, bewildered and called customer service. I was for 10 minutes on hold with an automated service, while every wells fargo employee stared at me uncomfortably. Was I supposed to leave? Finally, I spoke to a person who confirmed that my card had been shut off because of an online purchase I made from a New York company (not an unusual purchase for me). My card was eventually restored. This represents only one minor issue I have had with this bank and location.

I am giving one star because I can't give less. This should be a very convenient location (right next to HEB, I live a block away) but it isn't. This is the only Wells Fargo location that I have a problem with. My wife and I both have an account here and this location will not allow me to deposit my checks into my wife's account. The branch manager (older blonde lady) is so superficially nice and yet so rude it is unbelievable. She actually told me they did not need my business because I wanted to put my check in my wife's account to avoid a hold. We will be moving our money elsewhere.

The tellers was super friendly and nice at this location. My bank officer is Nina. She answers all my questions. I also like this location because it's next to HEB. Very convenient.
