The ladies at the front were so patient and attentive. I believe Leslie helped me today and she was extremely nice and insightful. Looks like the bad reviews are 3 years old or more. Facility is beautiful on the inside.

Love the 2 lady’s in the front , i forgot there names but they’re both so sweet to my daughter & i , and they were very patient with me and answer all the questions i had !

Alxandro so called manager he is just worst as customer service and i have been wells fargo customer for 8 years now no problems and he just saying i can withdraw the account if i want and not willing to do the notary.

The hours for the drive through are unrealistic. Most people don’t even get off work until 5. I arrived at 5:05 for a business deposit thinking the drive through closed at 6. there were cars in line but they wouldn’t let me make a deposit. I checked the reviews and the atm doesn’t always work for cash deposits, no way do I want to chance cash getting stuck. Unfortunate...

Very happy with Alberto the branch manager at Wells Fargo on Spring Cypress! I didn't even need to go in. I called today to make an appointment to go into the branch to make a wire transfer. (I hate having to go to a branch to do this sort of thing so I asked about sending it online). He told me I could and then he walked me through the whole process. He waited on the phone as I set up my account to do international wires and then stayed with me as I filled in all the info to do the wire I needed to do today. We cancelled the appointment because I no longer needed to go in. So happy. Now I won't need to go into a branch anymore just to do a wire transfer. Yeah!
