Alxandro so called manager he is just worst as customer service and i have been wells fargo customer for 8 years now no problems and he just saying i can withdraw the account if i want and not willing to do the notary.

Very happy with Alberto the branch manager at Wells Fargo on Spring Cypress! I didn't even need to go in. I called today to make an appointment to go into the branch to make a wire transfer. (I hate having to go to a branch to do this sort of thing so I asked about sending it online). He told me I could and then he walked me through the whole process. He waited on the phone as I set up my account to do international wires and then stayed with me as I filled in all the info to do the wire I needed to do today. We cancelled the appointment because I no longer needed to go in. So happy. Now I won't need to go into a branch anymore just to do a wire transfer. Yeah!

The hours for the drive through are unrealistic. Most people don’t even get off work until 5. I arrived at 5:05 for a business deposit thinking the drive through closed at 6. there were cars in line but they wouldn’t let me make a deposit. I checked the reviews and the atm doesn’t always work for cash deposits, no way do I want to chance cash getting stuck. Unfortunate...

poor customer service.. this is the second time i have arrived with my company deposits 10 minutes before closing and the second time your customer service member has closed the store early cutting off customers waiting in line. i have deposits i try to make everyday.. i have even tried to get a night drop key to avoid this from happening.. but have had no success.. why do your hours state you close at noon when youre cutting people off in line 5 minutes beforehand after letting us sit there..

Less than impressed. The employees are not well informed and the building is very dated. I found better service in a much nicer place just down the road.

Read the other reviews for this location -- they are THE WORST. They are slow, uncaring, lack current rules and regulations knowledge, and the customer service is a joke. The investment services here are even worse. Just left the drive thru -- the tellers were chatting and moving like they were trying to be difficult and take their time!

Per Wells Fargo my credit score is 820 and I have very little debt so they declined my credit card application. The employee explained to me they really want people with bad credit and a lot of debt. That way they max their credit cards out and pay a fortune in interest. They have no interest in people who manage their credit well. Insane, Going to close out my savings account and go with a bank who actually has management who know what they are doing.
