Went to get a simple notary done, 3 minutes max. I waited a good 20 min before the branch manger said they couldn’t help. So much for courtesy at that branch. Went to my home branch, with no appoinment and they serviced it. That’s courtesy.

Waited a 1hr and 20mins before being told they were busy. And have a appointment at 1pm or 1:15pm. Currently when they said that it was 12:07. Your telling me something that can be fixed within 25mins or 30mins can't be resolved but more than likely to go to the front teller?. But if your issue can't be resolved with a teller and you and I both explain that. Why recommend it and your supposed to be a bank helper with your office. Owner to owner sir start fresh we only get a few resets before the cost eventually catches up.

They only have 2 tellers on Friday... No one helping the line of people waiting. If you need a banker the few I heard won't stand up to greet you and will immediately tell You that they have appointments coming in... instead of introducing themselves... asking for your name and then asking what your needs are before trying to find a solution. In some cases it could be a 10 minute fix when there could be time before the next appointment. I would recommend the kuykendahl branch 21315 kuykendahl... so far every interaction has been pleasant and helpful.

I've never been treated so rude this location needs to do something about V. Estrada she making derogatory remarks and doesn't belong in customer service scrubbing toilets would suit her better. First she called me early in the morning to bump my appointment earlier, only to have us wait over 20 mins past appointment time while she yucks it up in the lobby. Then she wasn't honest on the phone about what I needed to open an account for my minor son. We had to leave abruptly without being able to open his account.

Went to the bank today for withdrawal, she returned my withdrawal slip saying that my signature is not matching with my signature in my DL. I signed my DL 15 years ago, do I have to sign exactly same as I signed before 15 years. Also who is in this digital world looking and matching for the hand signatures? This is funny. This is the only location around me is open on Saturdays so I have no other option but to go here.

This bank Team and services is very unprofessional. Being one of the largest financial institution, they don’t even understand simple terms about financing or refinancing. Why would an institution not refinance if they are ready to finance in the beginning.The online services were poor too, they sent me back forth to the bank and the bank told me to call online for financial services. Very patheticDue to their unprofessional attitude and pathetic service, I lost a potential customer today. The Executive team must take serious look into this and improve services.

Closed until further notice. Didn't help trying to beat the traffic to make a deposit, had to rush down louetta near 249 where it took 20 minutes to help one person, while waiting in line. Thank goodness I left Wells Fargo.

Be careful when you withdraw money from this or any bank. Today they waited outside for me to leave this bank and they followed us and broke the windows and stole the money withdrawn from this bank. I don't understand how they knew we would withdraw money. Don't trust anyone. .Money has no friend. In case this comment is useful to someone one day, take caution when leaving and when you are inside, the same thing. They should have staff watching out for these people who wait outside the banks to rob people who, with a lot of sacrifice, obtain that money. money and they look suspicious. Let's hope nothing works for them and doesn't happen to any other person because it really isn't fair.
