2 experiences. Appointments are not kept. Expect to wait over an hour for an appointment. Tellers are rude. If you call the bank to make an appointment, they will tell you a time is available and as they gather every bit of personal information from you to totally be able to BE you, the appointment time will be taken and they will give you a different time, then by the time that is booked, they may give you a different time. Then, if you aren't happy with that, the gal will hang up on you. Bank anywhere else. The Wells Fargo in the Woodlands, Cleveland and Kingwood are all quality. This place is anything but. You will notice there are some really old 5 star reviews, but mostly 1 star for the recent years.

Constantly unable to give cash out of the ATM. I went there around noon. On Saturday and they could not dispense any sum. I had to go to Kroger and get cash and pay the fee. Unacceptable.

Very unwelcoming and unprofessional environment at 4:45 PM CST 01/09/2025. As I first entered the staff sitting on the desk and having a casual conversations behind the same teller that is helping me. Staff immediately looks at a customer in a very unwelcoming manner as the customer intruded on their conversation..
Note to management, please have side conversations during lunch or off hours, not while customer is trying to talk to the teller behind a thick glass.
Very disgusting demeanor, and very disappointing; I bring this entity approx $250 per year, I can easily go to boa. Please fix this branch, and retrain on customer service and interaction.

ATM out of service. Drive up teller service discontinuing on Aug 23. Plus it takes a long time to get deposit made. Commercial drive up never open. What happened to convenience and customer service.?

The employees are friendly, polite and professional. Their banking policies are just ridiculous! If you want same day service go elsewhere!

Worse bank ever. Tried to open a business account and they never got back with me. What's with this bank? I'm opening an account with my money not asking a loan or free money. There's many many better banks out there I don't know what I was thinking coming to this bank. Stay away

Went in today to cash a wells Fargo comdata check. I called before I went in to this location and was told I could cash it for $7.50. No problem. I get in the bank and because I didn't have an account I was told I couldn't cash it. It could only be deposited. Well why would I do that without an account. I believe he lied and wanted me to open an account but I was a chase customer. I will never go there again. Bad experience. First time in the bank and the wait was long. If the comdata is through wells Fargo it shouldn't have been a problem but because I didn't have an account he made it one. Oh well. When they send me another letter to start an account, I'll be sure to rip it up and throw it away.
