Been waiting in line for over thirty minutes to get change for a ten. I'm second in line... then the person in front of me finally gets some help. Seriously?! Going on forty minutes now... learned my lesson!

Per Wells Fargo my credit score is 820 and I have very little debt so they declined my credit card application. The employee explained to me they really want people with bad credit and a lot of debt. That way they max their credit cards out and pay a fortune in interest. They have no interest in people who manage their credit well. Insane, Going to close out my savings account and go with a bank who actually has management who know what they are doing.

I was just a victim of fraud with the help of Wells Fargo and their business practice. They do not do their due diligence when clearing a check deposit. If you are a "Valued Customer", they give you the "courtesy" of making funds available in your account prior to them clearing the check deposit properly. I made a deposit on the 2nd and the funds were in my account on the 6th. Thinking the check was good, I withdrew the funds from my account and made puchases for the company that issued the check to me. Problem was the check was ficticious and was returned on the 7th. They overdarafted my other account, charged me a service fee and returned item fee. When I contacted them to inquire, they made it seem that it was my fault, that I should have known it was a fraudulent check and at one point they insinuated that I was trying to defraud them. My account has been in good standing since I opened it and the only deposits made were direct pay checks. They took no accountability and offered no help in trying to recover the funds. I lost over $1500.00 and Wells Fargo enabled it. I have fraud protection on these accounts and no help recovering or even reporting. Thank you Wells Fargo for treating your "Valued Customer" so well and for your protection. DO NOT USE THIS FINANCIAL INSTITUTION. I have already moved my accounts elsewhere.

Rude employee. I am handicapped made me get ID to deposit cash in my account. Never been asked this before been with them for 30 years thinking of closing my accounts!

I just left this location and I had a teller by the name of Elise...I must say in all the years of being with this bank that this young lady was by far the best! She is the true meaning of OUTSTANDING customer service!! Way to go ELISE!!

This branch absolutely sucks. They really don't know a thing about banking. This branch needs to be closed down because the amount of mistakes they make in in accounts is beyond belief. First they charge you over draft fees when you don't even sign up for overdraft protection. WTF. How is that possible. I had my card compromised and was instructed to close my debit card and take cash out of my account. I now have a new card and go to redeposit fund my account only to be hit with an "OVERDRAWN FEE" Are YOU KIDDING ME? These people act like idiots. Forget banking, these people would be better off baking donuts,
