Amazing food and teas. But the most amazing thing about this place is the environment. The owner is a blessing, sweet heart, solid spiritual soul minded. You always will feel at peace, loved, cared for, solid in your mind when you leave. The music is always inviting play gospel music to lighten your heavy burden load.

I had the Butter Pecan Specialty shake. It was so good and very filling! I also tried some of the energy teas and those were amazing as well if you would like the energy without having to drink redbull/monster. I definitely recommend and will be going back for more.

Glad there's a place like this in the area. Starting my get fit journey the shakes are amazing. I've had a few of them so far and never disappointed. The parfaits are good as well. I couldn't believe something healthy could taste so good. Definitely a repeat customer A+
