Good experiences with this location. Had an account w/ this bank a few years ago because of the convenient location & hours. The only issue we had was fairly frequent charges that were not ours. As with any bank, always look over your statement carefully. Luckily, this branch assisted in reclaiming those charges for us. They also allowed me access to our accounts when I lost my wallet once I met their identification requirements under such circumstances. It helped a lot. The only reason we closed our account was because we decided to consolidate our accounts with a military financial institution.

I have been at this location for past 5 months and deposit a check to the same account every month. Someone else assist me today. He looks at me then looks at the amount on my cashiers check and all of a sudden they have to verify every cashier check. That I literally just got from Wells Fargo 5 min prior. That policy is obviously dependent on your skin color. So I had to sit there 5 extra min so they could verify. I asked for management but of course she's going to take up for the employee as she should but clearlythey are full of it

One of the bank tellers attempted to steal $10 from me during a withdrawal yesterday, 12/10/20, at around 10:40am. She took the amount that I requested out of the drawer and counted it out setting a ten to the side infront of her computer. She then proceeded to to count the cash back to me incorrectly. When I recounted the money because I had notice what she did it came up short. I asked her that I wrote the correct amount on my slip and she confirmed and handed me the ten she had set to the side. Had I not needed to leave because I was on my way to work I would have spoken to a manager. Very disapointed that she would try so blatantly to steal with cameras and myself watching.
