I recently had the opportunity of completing my open water certification with Woodlands Dive Center. It was so sick, I’m definitely happy I started this journey! Zach was my instructor and I would recommend him to anyone thinking of doing their open water and continuing to grow in the hobby. He also loves all the gear and equipment so he really helped me out navigating what to buy.
I had a private class with him and bro had me frog kicking day 2 in the pool it was awesome. I’ve already recommended him to a few buddies that asked me about my course. I’m doing my AOW with him now and I’m planning on doing Tech classes with him in the future. You can just tell he enjoys and loves what he does, people like that are contagious.
I want to mention Tyler and David in the shop as well! They answered any questions I had and helped me set up the gear I bought in the shop. I’ve been in and out of the shop the past few weeks and I’ve been impressed with their customer service and eagerness to help. Really solid team all around, I am super happy I decided to get certified here instead of on vacation somewhere 10/10 would recommend!

Great experience (again!) with Woodlands Dive Center. This time with React Right class. My instructor was Katerine and she was amazing. Very knowledgeable and made a somewhat dry topic interesting. 10/10

Took a refresher course today with Beatriz after several years out of the water! She was nothing short of amazing! Showed me a mask clearing technic that is a game changer for me! Thank you Beatriz!

I recently took SSI scuba skills update training and my underwater refresher was conducted by Allison O’Neill. I highly recommend this refresher and give Allison top marks!

I just finished the Try Scuba course with Beatriz and she was a great instructor! She explained & then demonstrated every skill very thoroughly and was patient with me during our session. If you are considering getting into the scuba life & not quite sure what to expect, I highly recommend this course as a great place to start.

Gary was wonderful, and all staff helped me exchange my mask that did not fit. It is a wonderful dive shop! Plus, if Dexter is there, it is even a better experience.

Nice people, embarrassingly slow and unacceptable level of Service. Needed my watch battery changed and they had it in stock. A week later when I had a refresher course it was still not done and I explained I needed it for a trip at the end of the week and was assured it would be done. Showed up the day before my trip and “sorry it’s not done, we’ve been too busy.” If you need anything serviced (more than battery change) go somewhere else, unless you can give 6 months lead time, then I’m sure you’ll be ok. Fins Up!

Really great local dive shop. I’ve purchased a lot of gear from them (regs, computers, etc). Staff is super knowledgeable and passionate about diving, so they know their stuff. We also recently had our son go through the Jr. Open Water certification course. Our instructor (Beatriz) was fantastic to work with and she really made it fun for our kiddo. Highly recommend this place.

We came. We made our request known. We waited and waited while we watched the store manager reprimand an employee multiple times. We never got a response. After awkwardly waiting around, we decided to leave and I'm not sure that anyone noticed. Very poor management. You missed a training opportunity for your employee. Lastly, we are avid divers that just moved here and are very disappointed.

I would not recommend using this dive shop to service your regulators. They are not upfront about pricing at all. This was the most expensive annual service I’ve had since 1992. Hopefully it was quality work because the price is at the top of the market and then some.
