My workplace had been using a big name competitor company for many, many years and when they hired me, I requested to seek out an alternative place to 'shop small' if the price was right. Well, not only did they BEAT the other company's prices, they went out of their way to accommodate! We even had a special request that wasn't listed on their website and it wasn't a problem at all! All our orders have been completed FAST too! Any time I have a question, they get right back to me the same day and, y'all, the QUALITY of their work is TOP NOTCH! Now, our office won't go anywhere else! Andrea and her team are WONDERFUL! You absolutely won't regret giving them a try -- I dare you to prove me wrong!

Mike, Andrea and crew are top notch pros at what they do! You get the personal one-on-one interaction that you can’t get with online services or businesses. They assist where needed, provide feedback and updates, and excellent resulting products. We were first time customers with a large (50+) family reunion shirt order. They made us feel like we were long time clients with great service. It feels good to support hard working small businesses especially when they know what they’re doing!

Mike and Andrea are great. I buy apparel, screen-printing and embroidery on a monthly basis. They have excellent customer service, affordable prices, and short lead times. They are always quick to correct any quality problems and always deliver on my custom requests of packaging and folding.Give this small family business a try and you won't be disappoint! Recommended.

Bad business! Dropped items off to be screenprinted & never received any kind of approval of my design nor did I receive any confirmation that my items were ready. When I called after weeks they could not account for my items. Waste of time & money!After speaking with Mike he was able to fix the error, very appreciative!

First and foremost if I could leave 0 Stars I would. My business partner and I dropped off shirts and hoodies to get screen printed with one design and was told that we would RECEIVE a follow up email regarding the design and we NEVER got one. WEEKS had gone by without hearing a word via email or phone call about the pieces. When I called up there to see what was going on, they told me that they ASSUMED we’d know when the pieces were ready! This place is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and Mike has ZERO Customer Service Skills; stating that we could take my business elsewhere as if it’s our fault they never contacted us regarding our clothing. Mike showed no remorse for the situation and the ERROR on his parts. We’re finally just now getting our pieces a MONTH later. Don’t do business here, it’s plenty of other screen printing places who will happily provide GREAT customer service and also have communication skills!!!!
