I was at your location and witnessed a very disturbing interaction involving a woman named Raven. She was extremely rude and disrespectful to one of your employees. I am not sure of the employee’s name, but she was yelling and cursing at him in front of customers.
As a customer, I then heard her outside loudly stating that she “doesn’t need this job” and continuing to use profanity in a public area. Her behavior was unprofessional, disruptive, and uncomfortable for those of us who were present.
I felt compelled to report this because no employee deserves to be treated that way, and it reflected poorly on the environment at the location. I hope this matter is addressed appropriately.

Who ever made it a policy to require the receipt and only the original receipt to process your core , needs to rode hard and put away wet. Making that mandatory with no recourse on researching that original invoice through a database, is poor planning and a little bit of laziness. A lot of us need that core charge back because it’s a need not a want, so now I’ll be falling behind this week and going without the day before payday. Thanks guys

Bobby needs a day off or more customer service training.. He is very slow, I wasn’t greeted at all. He seemed annoyed when I asked for a bag and receipt..Not a good look for the company.

This is a true auto part store for the quality first minded mechanics. They offer all the OE brands , I have yet to buy a house brand. Lots of choices, domestic and Imports. I enjoy shopping with XL .
