I walked in and thought I would walk out clueless about what an optimal balance of diet and supplemental plan for my particular build should look like- the way I always do when I stroll into nutrition store. Jeff and Andrew are The absolute Goats of the Nutrition Industry in the Houston area. No other store gives so much time and attention to the proper education and formulation of a battle plan for your own personal goals like these gentlemen do here. I’m in awe by the amount of information I got here. Houston, if you’re seriously interested in knowing what you should be taking and doing at the gym as a means for achieving your dream physique- do yourself a favor and shop HERE.
I feel like I straight up walked out of the most intriguing nutrition crash course- what an experience honestly.

This is THE best place to buy all of your protein powders and supplements. If you have questions, Jeff is there to guide you and give you his recommendations. He was a former power lifter he knows a lot about the correct things you should be taking if you're working out or just want to be healthy. Ive even become quite knowledgeable about some things because Ive heard him explain to other customers. Great small business!!!

Younk's is one of the Top nutrition stores in Houston. I stopped in today and got setup on the right corse for my goals. Now this wasn't your typical oh you need this and that like many other places. This was solid questions deeper than I have been asked before anywhere else with understandable explanations. I Highly recommend and I will be returning!
