Just visiting the area went in to purchase a product the gentleman at the counter didn’t know anything about the products he was selling. When I went to counter to purchase my selected item the gentleman behind the counter opened my factory sealed item and began handling my item when I questioned what it was he was doing he stated he was testing the item to see if it worked. Keep in mind no gloves on! I was so digusted I left without purchasing the item I selected! This practice is NOT sanitary! I don’t know where his hands have been and DO NOT wish for a stranger to he handling a personal item I am about to purchase!!

The woman working tonight was so high that she couldn't remember us buying the items we paid for. Then she refused to give us what we paid for and then yelled at us to leave the store. We paid her over $20 and left with nothing... hopefully she doesn't work there much longer. worst experience I've ever had ther.

place was dirty and the two young ladies working offered zero help while i was searching for an item... i greeted them when i walked in, was ignored, then i inquired about about the item i was searching for and they looked at each other, shruged, and then went back to looking at their cell phones... i looked around a bit, didnt find what i wanted and then said thanks and goodbye... once again.. zero acknowledgement... it was like i was bothering then even being there.. they will win no awards for customer service thats for sure.. i'll never go back... too many other places with friendly people i can go to nearby... avoid this place..

I have had no problems with anything. No smells or anything. They do need a better selection of shoes for the ladies and some of the stuff is a bit over priced. But the staff is cool and u can grab some fun toys. It’s definitely a great place and this is my favorite location.
