Need to give this store up I was a customer of all subs for years but management here gives absolutely no customer service, also every time they have a special you can’t get it because you have to be some kind of a member of their rewards kids walk in thinking they’re getting one thing cause they big signs and in small letters they must be a reward customer! I’m not the only one this community. I’ve talked to feel the same way! T Customers are tired of having to jump through corporate hoops to get something that’s advertised! And the management of this awesome in Springtown Texas does not care about customers. The restrooms are filthy so as a long time, all customer I quit.

Never been thru this town but stoped here for a gas refill traveling for Thanksgiving.... Two young men were the only employees and both were extremely friendly polite and courteous! One of them stopped cooking just to check me out rather than making me wait for the other employee helping a lady with lotto.
I got to the pumps, and the other guy followed the older lady out to her vehicle at the pump, who purchased lotto and he handed her a $5 bill saying that he was mistaken that it was a winner after all! Most people would have pocketed it but he came out to the pump just to give it to her! Gas is cheaper compared to other stations around.
Good employees and gas. God bless!

I come into this allsups most days before work, but today when I got here there where two ladies outside talking and a line of customers just waiting inside. The one lady says I guess lets go help the customers. Once she got behind the counter she was one of the rudest people I have ever met. I get people have bad days, crap I work retail I get it, but to be rude to the customers is unacceptable. I think I'll pick a new store from now on. Thanks

I visited this store today traveling through for work. I went to use the women's restroom and Deniece was in there cleaning. I've got to say that's one of the most immaculate gas station bathrooms I've ever been in. And she was sweet, polite, and had an overall positive attitude that was contagious. Made my very long day not seem so bad. I hope corporate reads this and gives this lady a raise. God bless you Deniece and thank you for being such a sweet spirit!

I like Allsups but this location has a SEVERE bee problem at all their trash cans. I could not throw my trash away because they were swarming every single trash can. Someone seriously needs to address that issue as soon as possible. Gas prices are descent but their food prices are a bit high.

I have purchased gas at this location many times but am tired of having to go inside to get a receipt. Out of past 10 times I have only been able to get receipt at the pump once. I have complained to workers inside over and over but they just don’t put receipt paper in outside at pumps. It makes pay at the pump so inconvenient!

Came to this loaction about 2am anlmost every night and can I just say the two girls”Stephane” and “ty” have never failed to give the best customer! I have always been welcomed with big smiles and positive attitudes. One thing that I’m most happiest about is the fresh made food when I come make my nightly errands and if they don’t have what I’m looking for the with make it happen. I definitely recommend all the night owls like me to visit this location the store is always clean and welcoming!

I just left the Allsups in Springtown. I have been there many times since it was opened. So has my wife. We have both lived in Springtown for 40 years and my wife was a teacher is the SISD and retired from there and still sub teaches. We’ve been here a while. I went in to purchase some items and lottery tickets. After I got my items I went to the cashier station and a sign had been placed saying to go to the next register. I did that and told “James” what I needed. He told me I would have to use the register that had the “sign”. I said the sign said to come here. He started in on me to the point where I gave some back. He also told me to leave and never come back. I didn’t know a subordinate could do that. BTW, I asked for his name and he told me it didn’t matter what his name was. I asked again and he told me James. I’m not sure if that’s correct or not. I asked for the manager and James said she was outside and I would have to go find her. I saw no one out there and told him that and then he said, “ok, she’s not out there”. I didn’t know Allsups was making so much money they could afford to treat customers like this. Seems like someone has forgotten who the customer is. This used to be a good store but I’m hearing more and more and according to the reviews written I’m not the only one who feels this way. Terrible customer service!

What happened to this store? It used to be clean and inviting and now there is NEVER any hot food, a solo cashier and the store looks like crud. Will not be returning nor any of my coworkers! Get it together Allsup's!
