“First went to get paint match done, but had to wait for about 20 minutes at the paint desk while Steve worked the front cashier station (he’s the only one working that could help me with Paint). Pooor guy had to work at the front while 3 other employees stood around talking and when he was done he came and helped me. Second went to front desk to add a couple pieces of wood to my order and pay. They carry 2x2x8 wood but was out of stock. Said they had did have 1x2x8 in stock, I explained it needed to be actual 1x2 (not nominal sizes) and the lady said yes, so paid for it and went around back to pick it up and found out it was NOT 1x2 but instead it was furring strips which is 0.75” x 1.5” I do t mind buying bigger and cutting down BUT I can’t add wood to a piece that’s too small. I went back inside and requested a refund since they didn’t have the actual size I needed. They said I had to go to Home Depot or Lowe’s in Lake Worth…”
