“I am extremely pleased and happy I decided to purchase beef from Parker County Beef. I cooked medium rare hamburger steaks made them thick. Seasoned with sea salt , cracked black pepper, and garlic powder. I can not stress enough how delicious, juicy and fresh this meat is. Reminds me of when I was a young child going to the meat market slaughter house to purchase fresh beef. I already recommend this company to my 2 grown sons that are military. One an Army Ranger and the other a Navy Medic. They will be purchasing also and sharing the company name to their friends. Thank you so much. I will be shopping online again soon.
