Use another company there are several options in the area
They didn’t follow simple instructions to call prior to delivering a propane take. Then drove through the yard destroying the grass and sprinkler system.
They tried to fix the grass but the sprinkler system is still damaged on a house less than 1 months old. They refuse to fix the sprinkler system.
Use some one else save the headache

I’ve never had an issue with a company like I have with this one. Never left a bad review. This company came out and replaced parts on our propane tank a month and a half ago as well as filling it. Our propane was out yesterday and it usually takes 6 to 7 months for it to run empty. We called Chadwell and sons, but they would not come out until the conditions were dry, which I thought was odd since it was raining during the last service. We got another company out pretty quickly with no issues. Come to find out the supposedly new part is old and needs to be replaced. I called Chadwell and sons to figure this out, since we paid quite a bit for gas, labor, and parts already. I wanted them to stand by their service and products. I was immediately met with anger, condescension, and accusations. Initially they agreed to come out and “look” at it, but would not touch anything, then refused to come out at all. According to the owner other gas companies lie all of the time… just not this one, and how dare I believe another company. Not coming out to verify their own work speaks volumes. I’m usually very understanding with situations like this, as long as it gets fixed. Things happen. Unfortunately, I was treated like I was stupid, talked over, and very much condescended to. I’d beware of this company. Seems like they’re great if everything goes well, any question of the work brings out a very different side and they will leave you in the dust.

Excellent, responsive service. Trustworthy and knowledgeable employees that get things done right the first time. Wonderful customer service via phone as well. If you need propane refills, a propane tank or gas related service (ours was converting our gas stove to propane because our plumbers couldn't figure it out), just call Chadwell. I tried other places but got a lot of no responses or run-a-round. Chadwell responds and acts, leaving me extremely impressed and a customer for life.
