We were mislead on time of service for a rotate and balance. Got there at 10:30 and wasn’t ready till almost at the close time at 4. Went back to get sensors programmed for all 4 tires and was totally ignored. Changed the price on what previously quoted. No customer skills at all.

Every time I go to Cliff's, I get great service. Whether it's state inspection, tires, service, whatever, and their prices are always reasonable. They usually have a waiting line, but that's testament to their popularity and customer service. Highly recommend!

Took my truck in to have a tire patched because it had a bolt in it. I knew my tires were getting to the end of life. They recommended I replace the tire and gave me pricing for new tires they threw on my spare and didn’t pressure me to have to buy a set of tires on the spot. I appreciate the quick service and great customer service provided.
