Love, love, LOVE, this location. Had Caleb and he was AWESOME!!! Answered all of my questions and even helped me with my phone upgrade and made sure all my stuff transferred!!! Thank you so much!!

Love Caleb!! He was super nice and helpful with what we needed! Store was clean and felt super cool with the outside heat. He made the experience fun and explained how our new phone plan would work!!!

Been a customer for about 10 years. Alway wondered why I had to pay for phone number for my I pad. Told to get new I pad with cellular capability. Told Amazon or Walmart ok. Got one from Amazon took it to cricket in Springtown they fiddled around for about 30 minutes told me new pad was locked? Charged me 65 dollars? Never same employees from day to day. Never know what’s going on just give me your money people.

Been going through them for years went to get a new phone today and some how my new phones sim card didnt work they made me buy a new card contacted the manager and he started yelling right off the bar his name is Zack very unprofessional and I will be calling corporate office tomorrow

UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT Always great people and great prices/deals every time I'm in the store! And I always look at my receipt to see how much in discounts I received. In the same parking lot as Chicken Express so easy to get find. They also provide excellent tech help and are always willing to help and go above and beyond with a smile!
